I normally order through DoorDash because I have delivery. I'm always happy with what I get. It's always accurate on the food side, although the utensils are occasionally missing or the packaged sauces (which I don't use anyway) are missing. What amuses me is that my receipt today said to double check the order. Of all the places I order from, this is the only one that's correct 99.99% of the time. The only time it was less than that, they were having a staffing issue but they have had great staffing for well over a year and excellent food and service. Of course, I also usually order the same thing. Two item plate with Loco Moco and Chicken Katsu Curry with an extra scoop of macaroni salad. I personally cannot eat that much but my pupperinos also love this place.

I have had one of the other locations bookmarked for awhile but when I saw this location was on my route back to work I decided to stop. I did not expect it to be within the Walmart so I was definitely a tad confused. The staff were very friendly and helpful when trying to decide what to order. I of course needed to try their take on kalua pork and Mac salad but the plate option gave you 2 protein options and 2 sides. So I took the staffs suggestion and tried bbq chicken and their garlic edamame. The kalua pork and Mac salad weren't the best I've had but solid. The bbq chicken was the standout of the meal for me so I'm glad I took the staffs suggestion. The edamame were cold like they'd just gotten taken out from the fridge and I tasted no garlic. So I definitely wouldn't recommend them.

A very consistent Hawaiian plate lunch restaurant to eat at that usually I have no problems with. This place was no exception as they provided us with a well made loco moco and chicken katsu. They gave plenty of sauce and siracha if we needed and you got a free drink for singing up to their rewards program which was cool. It is located inside of a Walmart which may be weird to some people but as someone who's from the islands, this is a normal occurrence there.

We visited Las Vegas last year for two days and ate at L&L Hawaiian both days! When I realized the same chain had locations here in Colorado you know I had to stop in and try it out. I am very impressed by this location. My go to order is the BBQ short ribs and every time I've gotten it the ribs have been tender and delicious. I love my short ribs with a bit of fat on them, and these short ribs do not disappoint. The sauce they put on the ribs is smoky and sweet. I can't get over how delicious all their food is.The macaroni salad is so yummy, I absolutely love the flavor. It has this umami flavor to it which pairs perfectly if you mix it with your rice and (added) teriyaki sauce. Service here is friendly and fast.

Tried L&L for the first time yesterday and now kicking myself for not going earlier. They have a much bigger menu than I thought as the website for L&L shows fewer choices which I'm sure is based on the location.I tried the plate with two entrees. Every bowl (one entree) or plate (two or three entrees) comes with white or brown rice or noodles. I chose 1/2 white rice that was nice & fluffy and 1/2 noodles (good but I think I'll stick to rice next time). You get 2 sides with the plate option. I chose kimchi which was good but not incredible and the macaroni salad which is very traditional and tasty. For my entrees I tried the garlic chicken based on the employees recommendation (very very good fried bites that were crunchy and not overly sauced). I also tried the kalua pork and cabbage that was tender, flavorful and filling. For under $11 before tip (be kind folks!) this was a huge amount of food and I' have a very healthy appetite. With 5 other entree choices, several cooked to order options like katsu, loco moco, garlic or fried shrimp, etc. I will definitely be coming back.Yes it's in a Walmart. The tables and restaurant is clean and I would eat there (chose to take out as I was going back to work).

After living in Las Vegas for 20 yrs we got accustomed to eating good Hawaiian food and L&L was one of our favorites. We recently moved to Texas and needless to say there is no Hawaiian food nearby. We were pleasantly surprised to see that this place was close by while visiting my inlaws and the reviews looked ok so we gave it a try. I'm glad I read in one of the reviews that it was located in Walmart or I would have been searching for a while. We got there about 7pm and there were a couple people in front of us ordering. The process was pretty quick and the young gentleman taking our order was very patient and polite. I ordered the three item combo which includes two sides. The main entree's were Korean chicken, Mochiko chicken and Garlic chicken. For sides I went with Mac salad (of course) and Garlic Edamame. It only took a few minutes to cook the order and we took it to go. Upon arriving at our Airbnb I was pleasantly surprised to see the portion size. Wow...they give a lot for the price point. The food tasted very good but would have been better had I eaten it fresh at the restaurant because it would have been crispy. But even with that said...I loved it. The only thing I would change is would order a double order of Mac salad and skip the Edamame. My son ordered a triple plate as well and got the kalua pork, chicken adobo, and mochiko chicken with kimchi and Mac salad. He loved his as well. Whenever I am back in town I will definitely make it a point to stop here and get some food. Great value for the money and the food is awesome with a good selection.

I normally love fast Hawaiian food, so I ate at L&L twice during my work trip in Aurora. The first time was spot on, but the second time, my plate was covered with juice from the Kalua pork and cabbage. The food was so soggy that I had to force myself to finish it. Overall, not bad, but it wouldn't hurt to have a strainer handy in case your plate ends up like mine did.

Grabbing lunch today and was in the neighborhood and heard some good things about this place so I decide to drop by. If I'm honest the food was mid. I got the Barbecue Combination plate that comes with a variety of different meats and they all tasted the same. The food was overly salty and over all I was unimpressed. I really wanted to like this spot but left feeling disappointed. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and come back to try the Chicken Katsu, I need some redemption!

Having enjoyed in a previous visit, recently I decided to enjoy lunch. Boy, was I in for a suprise that ended up to be extremely disappointed. When I went to obtain a soda from the machine, a roach crawled across the counter. That started to think what other serious health hazard are happening in the kitchen. I was afraid to eat my order. After receiving my order, I decided it would be best to toss it and leave. Having worked the in the restaurant field for numerous years, health and safe it a top priority in the food industry. When a restaurant has roaches crawling on top of the counter, it indicates a serious issue inside the kitchen. So, it was reported to the health department regarding this issue.I will never go back to this restaurant. My advice, if you go, be careful what you order. You may be getting more that you want.

My husband went to pick up 2 orders to go. They forgot the rice in both orders. When I called to say that, they were pretty offensive and the woman said she filled that order and she put rice in the box. Pictures are proof that there was no rice. There was so much liquid in the boxes that it leaked everywhere. If there was rice, it might have soaked up the juices. Prices have gone up and customer service/food quality has definitely gone down. Needless to say, this is our last time eating here.
