Kolbe Market & Bakery

Came here for the freshly made bread. It is a huge piece so I originally was going to buy only one but since it's only a dollar and some change, I decided to get 8. I gave 4 to a friend and froze the rest. I don't know how he makes money if he sells it for so cheap. The market doesn't sell much of anything else other than drinks and some baklava but I think their main item is the bread. So go check it out. It's good to make pizzas with or to dip in stews. Sandwiches would be good too.

This tiny little bakery is one of the best pieces of bread I've ever consumed. It's tucked away in small strip in a parking lot that I don't think I would every come across naturally. However, it's worth the trip. I come all the way from Westminster to get this stuff, and I think it's one of the only authentic middle eastern bakeries in the area.Everyone in there is super friendly. All of them are speaking to each other in their native language when you walk in, but greet you with a smile, like you're their family. It's comforting being around the warm bread smells and a nice conversation, even if I don't understand it. You can see them making the pita in the back, and putting it in the bag right in front of you, steaming and fresh.While the building itself is run down, it's kept clean and you can tell a lot of love went into this place. It's also super affordable for the amount of bread you get!

Great, small bakery. Best taftoon bread I've ever had. Get it fresh and warm, you will not be disappointed! I do not live close by but I go at least once a week to get their bread.

I too stumbled by the Kolbe Market & Bakery and wow! The giant pita-like taftoon bread was fresh out of the oven and smelled so good that I had to tear off a piece before leaving the parking lot. So delicious. Can't wait to go back for more bread and try some of the other baked goods!

We stumbled upon this bakery by chance. The place is a bit run down but clean. Super friendly staff greeted us with smiles every time we stopped by. The bread is fresh out of the oven and so amazingly good. They are some of the best hand made flat bread we ever have. We have been telling friends and families about this unassuming bakery whenever we get a chance.
