Kids Wonder

I have 3 children (2 autistic with ADHD). I will NEVER go anywhere else for indoor play. This place gets better and better as the years go on. I started coming here when my 1st child was about 5/6m old. It was wonderful back then but now it's even better! It is incredibly safe. This place is the only place that I feel safe bringing my 3 children. It's also clean, perfect. My house looks like how kids wonder should look but yeah, kids wonder is perfect. I live here. It is my kids 2nd home. They are so silly and feel like they can just take the snacks and fun juice boxes. Its hard to keep up with my kids just taking but it's their 2nd home. The food is good and my kids love to have a meal there. It saves me from having to clean too! I no longer bring a diaper bag. Kids wonder has literally everything. They have diapers and wipes, food, drinks, incredibly clean bathrooms (spotless). Its like they clean them after every use. It's the only place I will bring my children due to how this place is run.

We booked a last minute party for my son's one year celebration and it was great! Robin our party manager was flexible and accommodating which I appreciate. It's great to have a place where it's all inclusive and gives families piece of mind while planning. The kids loved the playing there and had a blast! The pricing was reasonable and since it was a last minute party there was a discount too! I would come back just to have the kids play!

Absolutely loved it, as did my two grandgirls! Ages 2 and 5. Very clean, very well staffed, and was happy that the on site snacks were reasonably priced including single serve mac and cheese. Make it happen!!

We brought our 1.5 years old here and he had so much fun. There are so many pretend play set ups(fire fighters, grocery shoppers, construction workers, mail man etc). Also some play areas that we can unlock when he is older. We will be back next time we are in this area.

Fun play area for under 6 with lots of pretend play. Kept very clean and well organized.

My kids have always had such a great time here (4 years old and 2 years old). I love seeing them in their 'creative play' element as they take care of babies, do the laundry, buy them groceries, etc. There's so much to do here and we've spent time in all the different rooms and areas. We always end our visit with getting a few snacks and juice boxes, and enjoying them in the snack area. Everything is reasonably priced!I did bring my nephews here (8 and 6 years old) twice and will say that they were a bit too old for Kids Wonder. They spent most of the time on the bounce houses but then they were wreaking havoc in the kids' areas by throwing food all over the place and chasing each other around with the blue noodles from the building area. They were 'bored' and that was their way of entertaining themselves. I felt they were ruining it for the younger kids and won't be bringing them again. Haha. The staff were so patient and kind, so I was grateful for that! They were constantly cleaning and never made us feel bad for the huge mess they were making (I helped clean too!).

Love this spot where toddlers and kids alike can be occupied for hours and use their imaginations to explore a variety of activities-- grocery shopping, doctor's office, theater and more. I especially love that there is a toddler specific play area as well as bounce house. The staff is friendly and constantly tidying up after the kids. Pro tip: Sundays are pretty quiet if you want to avoid the crowds.

We were visiting with a 1 year old and needed an indoor activity. Kids Wonder was great - with a special area for younger (1-2 year olds) and activities they could participate in throughout the experience. We will definitely be back.

Came here for the first time in many many years and it was beyond great. Better than I remember. SO clean and organized, and the staff were constantly cycling through the place, picking up and cleaning. Other play places we have been to you can hardly play because the accessories (like food in the grocery store for example) are nowhere to be seen. Not the case here! Wipes, tissues, snacks, drinks, even adult beverages? It's all here. I live 45 minutes away and will continue to drive the extra time to come here to play often!

I was hoping not to write a review and speak to the owner but apparently she only replies to reviews and chose to ignore my email...I called kidswonder hoping to speak to the owner , but was told that she will be in and out all of this week and best way to connect is through e-mail.I want to start of by saying how much we have loved kidswonder throughout the years. We have celebrated our daughter's birthday there and had the best experience as well as have been to many parties and just played there. When it was time to book my son's 1st birthday it was a no brainer that we will do it at Kidswonder. I was so excited and was willing to pay the extra money to have the place reserved just for us. I invited many other families and could not stop saying how wonderful the place was. A couple of my friends wanted to book as well for their upcoming celebrations. Unfortunately, the party was a total disaster. Your staff were so rude and ruined my son's special day. I have never been to such a terrible party. The staff were yelling at children telling them to get away and were honestly abusive. They were demanding that we sit down at 5:30 when many guests had not even arrived as well as some food that we needed to accommodate some dietary restrictions. I explained this to your staff and they said well do whatever but come 6:15 I am kicking people off the tables. They were putting so much pressure and unnecessary stress on me that I was in tears half of my son's party. My guests were horrified at how we were treated., When we finally set down your staff were no where to be found and we did everything ourselves. As I was told I was not allowed to cut the cake due to liability so your staff did. She did a horrible job and my cake that was $250 was destroyed. The two staff members kept rolling their eyes on us and just being extremely difficult. I expect a much better service at a child's play place, and for the amount you charge. All they wanted to do was go home and be done and showed this to us in every way possible. My guests were still eating when your staff started literally ripping out table cloths from under their plates and sweeping and hitting people's feet with the broom, I understand that you are limited to 75 min table time but we were not allowed in till 5:10 due to other party leaving later and why couldn't the time start at 5:30 so we had till 6:45 to sit and enjoy ourselves? The staff began to turn lights on and off non stop from 6:45 to hurry us out of the door even though I paid till 7 and was not let in till 5:10.My friends who wanted to book with you said they will never return and I honestly feel the same way. My child's special day was ruined due to the terrible staff that were supposed to make this a wonderful experience. I am a small business owner myself and know what it means to work with staff and how they can impact your reputation. I did not want to write negative reviews and give my honest feed back before speaking with you first. I am not asking for anything, the money is paid (and honestly wasted ) and the day is done (and destroyed) I hope that this feedback will help another family avoid this terrible experience and hopefully help you with staff training and client retention. I was a repeat customer and now I am so disappointed. I paid almost $1000 to be yelled at, abused, and tormented by the people you have working for you.
