The manager of this store is horrible and the food is sub par. Alyssa has inadequate training and Zero customer service skills. If you make any type of complaint she will immediately tell you to not come there any more and not try to resolve the issue at all. She yells and tries to intimidate those who complain. I feel sorry for those who work there. My complaints to corporate go unaddressed

Most of the time they don't have whatever they are advertising available, my orders are often incorrect, and they now charge for sauce packets that are supposed to come with specific items like cocktail sauce for shrimp.

After waiting quite a bit for my order Nayeli, who originally took my order, came out to my car and apologized saying she would make my order and bring it out personally as it got lost between hands the first time. She was so sweet and apologetic and offered to get me a drink for waiting, I appreciated her initiative to personally deliver my order. 5 stars for her - Food is as always classic :)

The food was so stale. It had been in a warmer way too long. Every table a mess. Hadn't ate there for a bout a year because of terrible food, but thought we would try it again. Never again. Why can't any KFC/Long John Silvers have fresh food with a clean restaurant to sitDown in.

The place is a disaster. All of the tables were dirty, service was slow. It took them a while before someone actually came to the front counter to take peoples orders. No straws, no napkins half of the condiments were empty. It's bad enough that the location on 120th and York was closed at 6:00, then to come to this one and find it in this condition.Never again they need to get management involved and get this place cleaned up.They can't blame it on lack of staff because they had at least 4 people working.

Came to this restaurant for a K9 combo which took over 20 minutes to come out to me!! Initially before parking my car, the cashier was trying to give my dog my straw! The cashier had some of the worst customer experience I've experienced ever going to this restaurant! IDK what's going on with the cashier : DanielO! This guy definitely does not need to be at the window of the store with his poor customer service.

Wow!!! Just wow!! I love KFC and have tolerated this store in the past but no longer. Ordered an 8 pc meal through the drive thru. Was immediately asked to park in the front even though there were no cars in the drive thru. Waited for a full 30 minutes before I decided to go in. Lady in car next to mine complained to me that she ordered just 2 sandwiches and was waiting for 45 minutes. At the counter watched numerous "workers" kind of wondering around. No sense of urgency at all. No apologies, excuses, nothing - just cold food from a franchise with owners who have no clue how bad their store is being ran. Will definitely do KFC again but will go to another store.
