So the place is empty, no one in drive thru, on my way to work haven't eaten since breakfast and I stop to get ONLY a chicken sandwich. They ask me to wait 5 min for their next batch of fillets so I park and wait. 15 minutes go by and I go inside and they don't have it ready still, now I'm late and got a sandwich with 2 tenders instead of a fillet. Wasted my time, for a sub par sandwich. Never ordering from this place again.

We came here from out of town and unfortunately didn't look at reviews of the restaurant. Their very unprofessional. The person who took our order in the drive through was rude and didn't know their menu. When it came time to pay the girl had AirPods in her ear and tried to charge us extra for the mini mug they had for sale. They asked us to park and we saw other cars orders going out first not to mention when we got our food they forgot to bring our drinks. The drinks took an extra 3 to 5 minutes to come to us.

I keep thinking they are going to change. Don't waste your time here. I ordered a famous bowl no gravy n a root beer freeze. They asked if we could wait 5 minutes for the popcorn chicken. We ended up waiting 25 minutes and had to call them. Then the guy on the phone got a little snippy. Said they were really busy but the car after us only got three drinks and the other car pre-ordered curbside pickup. The drink tasted more like flavored watery milk but hey at least the chicken was fresh but the corn and mash potatoes were dry.

One of the main reasons I don't like KFC is because the service sucks! One piece of advice stay away from this chicken establishment and go to chick fil a where they can read and take your order. How the hell do you tell someone to pull up to the front cause they had to fry your tenders and then make you sit in the parking lot . Then you wait for them to find the damn chicken from the Denver farm and fry it. My whole party had their meal but me. We waited in the parking lot for 10 minutes and still no chicken tenders. Clearly they were waiting for the chicken to walk up to them. I finally decided to say refund me and come to find out that the lady lied to me and didn't even have any tenders. When I asked for a refund the manager had the nerve to tell me it wasn't on my order but you just lied and said you will have my tenders ready in four minutes. If you can't do something or you don't have something inform the customer who one is hungry and waiting. Another thing don't leave a sign outside saying call for pickup when you don't even pick up the phone. Clearly management doesn't have any training. Highly mad that I didn't get anything to eat after being promised tenders especially when I had a flight to catch. Believe me KFC will never get me as a customer! The service need to get better and training need to be updated on customer service. Completely disappointed.

So I got my food and when I got home I seen my Mac and cheese dry looks like it been there for days cup is all broken as you can see and my bread is all dry and smashed I do not recommend to come to the kfc they need to check on there food better for customers and have right mind to send out food

The service and food have gotten down. The manager is sour and doesn't seem happy being there. The service is slow and take a long to get your order. The quality of food isn't great. I am very surprised this place is still open. I now go to GVR if I am wanting KFC.

Rubbery tasteless chicken, almost nauseating. I had to spit out the rubbery meat to not get sick. I had the potatoes without gravy trying to be healthy; NEVER AGAIN...the potatoes were like the fake ones from a box (an not really potatoes). The biscuits had such a dense, grease aftertaste, I ended of spitting that out too...and all of this after $20 on a meal for 1 person! This restaurant could not be any more disgusting or dispappointing if they tried. I also felt bad for several hours afterward. Not like food poisoning bad, but having to shake off the stale, scared bird taste in my mouth and an unsettled stomach. BEWARE of this restaurant - it is at 4880 N Tower Ct, Denver, CO 80249

I get aggravated every time I visit this location. I stopped in after work to take chicken home to the family. It was 5:00, no one in line and I was told I needed to wait 20 minutes for chicken. If you don't have chicken for your dinner rush, then when would you have it. I go to the window to pay and the woman asks me, are you going to wait for it? This is after she ran my credit card. It is unbelievable the lack of care, or concern they have for their customer. I know getting help is difficult, but come on! Have your brand standards completely gone to s**tStay away from this location!

i received what seemed like (at least) 2 day chicken, so I stoped going. Thought I'd try it on more time about a year later. I got to the drive thru a little before 9:30pm. I was told "there is no more chicken & we are not cooking any more". That is the last time I waste my time at this location.
