The food was SO much more expensive than I was expecting. However, this was overshadowed by the absolute AMAZING service provided. Kelly was outstandingly patient and kind as she helped me through the menu. I am happy to pay a little extra for the kindness shown through this sweet hearted woman. The food was delicious and the potions were larger than I expected. Thank you KFC off Federal, and most of all, thank you Kelly!

Second time bad experience out of maybe seven visits total over 16 months or so. I was the only customer, and I was in the drive-through lane, at about 4 PM on a weekday. They weren't busy at all so that's not an excuse. I ordered what I always do, a breast and a wing, original recipe, coleslaw, mashed potatoes, biscuit. It's usually 10 bucks or so. I got up to the payment window and the guy said it was eight dollars and change. So I asked him to read me the order and sure enough he had put in a wing and a thigh. In other words, my order was reviewed; I also asked for a honey packet.So when I got home, I was disappointed to find a soggy leg and a thigh. And my honey packet, so I know that this was not confused with someone else's order. I called them and just asked them to be careful because this is really disappointing. They said I could drive back and get the correct order, but I said no thanks. Too much trouble. .I just put it out in the compost bin. I have to eat very carefully and KFC is a rare treat in a diet of lean proteins and vegetables. I guess this is a good reminder to never come here again. Easy peasy.

Stop there to have lunch. This location was ok but service seems to have issues. The place was not small and not so big, atmosphere was pleasantly good. The food was great but not consistent.

What kind of drive thru gives you mashed potatoes and gravy without a spoon or spork? The exit spits you right onto a major street and I had to make 2 illegal turns to get back and get my spoon. On the way out I held the door open for an employee walking in only to hear crickets in the absence of a simple thank you. Garbage location, dry chicken, sketchy area, and they don't clear the ice off the walkways.

Horrible service, I order one sandwich!!!! ONE SANDWICH!!!!!!!!! . I waited in the drive through for 10-15 mins after I ordered!!!!!!! The window attendant ask me to park in the front so I wouldn't " mess up" their wait time... but I spent half my lunch waiting in line with no one in front or behind me. I asked for my money back because I had waited over 10-15 mins in the drive through and the window attendant got an attitude about it. I walked away and still are waiting for a refund. I wouldn't be surprised if this location is closed down and turned into a Starbucks.

The picture attached shows their "large" Polar Swirl. Then they will inform you that they no longer carry large cups. Though they will still charge you the full price. The food was cold, service was sub par as well. I would not recommend coming to this location.
