Zero cleanliness or drive to get orders out. Sketchy people and the staff doing sketchy things. Smells weird. Go elsewhere - the 10 people staffed are useless

Had to go through the drive-thru (dining room closed for some reason).I had a buy-one-get-one-free coupon, I mentioned this when placing the order, and they told me they'd scan it at the window and give my total there.When I got to window, they said they wouldn't take my coupon because they couldn't find their barcode scanner.

This was the worst KFC I've ever been to in my entire life! The place was SO dirty and one of the employees was very rude. I asked for my tenders with no pickles and they came with pickles so I got the order remade. The employee remade my order without gloves right in front of me!!! I'm in complete shock, they definitely need to be shut down after this.

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich 6 wings a mashed potatoes and a coleslaw $21.45The chicken sandwich was a cut in half sandwich Charged me for 6 wings and only gave me 3I went back inside all they could say Was we ran out of chicken My response you knew that but charged me anyway This happens every time I go there it's alway something How are they still functioning People aren't eating Taco Bell like that .....

Just got back home and opened my KFC box to find out they skimped me! I ordered 2 pieces of chicken and they gave me the smallest piece available. I can see why this restaurant has horrible ratings & reviews. Please double check your order before you leave the drive thru!

I don't even know where to begin with this review. I stopped by around 5:30pm on October 31. I ordered two nashville hot tender meals and nothing was wrong with the food (other than a bite taken out of a pickle). However, It only took us a minute to get our food but it was the worst customer service experience I've ever had. The lady over the intercom sounded like she hated her life and was rude throughout ordering. When we pulled up to the window to pay we were handed our food. Everything looked good until we saw the bag with fries. We ordered two fries with our meals and they looked like they were thrown into the bag. The fries were upside down and on the bottom of the bag. So we got the last of our food and as we were about to ask for some ranch cups the employee working the drive thru shut the window and walked away. We waited a couple minutes debating on whether or not the ranch cups were worth it. After waiting and seeing no one walk by we decided to leave.Finally, while eating we noticed some of the pickles looked strange. Thats when we noticed a pickle had a bite taken out of it. I'm disgusted with the customer service and their lack of care for customers. Stopped by once and will make sure to never come to this location again. Fast food isn't a great job to have but to have that type of customer service and quality of food was the worst I've ever had.

The business was clean and the employees were friendly. My problem was with the size of the 2 pc I ordered. Very small drumstick and thigh. I'm sorry I didn't get a picture but the drumstick was a little over 3" long and the thigh matched up with the drumstick.
