Being super hungry while out & about I decided to swing thru KFC's drive-thru & try the Wednesday Special. The Special consisted of chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes with white gravy, coleslaw & a biscuit for $5.99. Not a bad deal & not a bad price either. I was the only car there, it took just a couple of minutes to pay & get my meal. Service was very fast & friendly. I'm not able to comment on the ambiance since I was only in the drive-thru.The portions were on the smaller size...more of a lunch than a dinner. The hot items - chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes & gravy were lukewarm. The steak had good flavor but tasted like it was prepared & cooked ahead of time. The mashed potatoes, coleslaw, gravy & biscuit tasted good as usual. However, no butter with the biscuit. Next time I'll stick with my favorite - the original recipe fried chicken, which is always yummy!

The big fresh fried chicken breat was very flling, extra crispy goodness and a very reasonably priced, the dill pickle great touch. Its a winner winner chicken san for dinner. Operation was clean and the young lady at the counter seemed to never have a bad day, and a big sandwch for4.99 made my day.

First off, this was the best; very best KFC I have ever had. Not only was the chicken very fresh, but it was flavorful and the extra crispy was spot on. The staff was amazing, unlike many of the other locations around Denver, this staff was top notch smiling, laughing, and enjoying working there. The ambiance was extremely well done. Very clean inside. Great touch adding all the happy face photos of staff and their certs. Want to say great job to the GM and the staff. You all run an excellent business there. Keep it up. One note, haha. The AC made it pretty cold in there on a 55 degree day. .

I love love love KFC . I've been eating KFC since I was a kid and I'm in my 30s now . With that said , I probably eat KFC at least once a month . So the problem with this particular KFC location in GVR is not the service at all . I've been here numerous times and management seems to take care of service Z everyone is nice and food comes out timely . Now what in the world is wrong with the original fried chicken though ??? I've tried this specific location in Green valley ranch about 6-7 times and man they have not once gotten that original taste . I'm sorry guys ... this franchise does not meet KFC quality original taste which I've been eating for about 30 years now .Sadly , I drive about 10 mins to buy KFC by Peoria ...Lastly , I went above and beyond to call their corporate office and sadly , nothing has improved until now .This is the WORST KFC ever period . Management does not care I hope they change owners so I don't have to drive far for KFC. I'm pretty sure their monthly sales reflects on this poor cooking . Went by the drive through, ordered a number 3 with an extra side of coleslaw because I can't do Chicken with out my coleslaw but they ended up throwing a side of watered down Mac n cheese in there and my son ordered a number 11 with the 5 peace tenders but he just got 3 peace's, keep in mind that they charged me for everything but yet my order was all kinds of messed up, and to end it off the cashier was rude, never in my life going back to this store. Worst service ever.!

Went inside this time to order since my orders in the drive thru are always wrong. The employee taking my order had her earbuds in and I had to repeat myself 3 times to her because she couldn't hear me. Take your dang earbuds out then. And ofcourse, when I checked my bag items were missing as usual. I was the only customer too, guess one order is too much to handle.
