I am sorry for the guys experience before meHe has not been to any of the other places in the area. Can say the staff was very friendly and I did get my food within 5 minutes of ordering. It was hot and just finished being put on the line.It could be I got there at 1145am and they were expecting the lunch rush. It was very clean and comfy. Traveling from out of town. After a day of long travel we wanted to enjoy some KFC in our hotel room. We door dashed and both my chicken sandwich and my grandmas chicken breast were extremely dry. So dry to the point we both threw out our food. Very disappointed.

Ordered online 30 minutes ahead of time. My guess is they didnt start cooking it until after I got there. 15 minutes after my "pick-up time" they finally had it ready after everyone I was with was done eating. Whats the point if ordering ahead of time if you have to wait longer than ordering when you get there.

This location was Ok. We came there for chicken and it taste ok but a little dry. The portion was little to what I expect. Ordered bucket chicken and noticed one of piece of chicken that was missing. So disappointing. Slow service and not so friendly staff.

Guys, just shut this place down and make room for a different franchise at this point. This place says it closes at 10 PM, but roll the dice. Today, they closed before 8:30 PM, tomorrow, maybe 9 PM. Why bother? Just do everyone a favor and stay closed. I don't even expect much from fast food, except, y'know, fast and food. You don't get either, half the menu items don't exist, the staff obviously doesn't, and apparently, the chicken doesn't as well. Just shut it down. Would love a Chick-fil-a, or just about anything else.

I'm done coming to Kentucky fried chicken. Worst service I've ever had.I ordered a couple chicken fried steak dinners on Wednesday night they asked me to pull around to the front and wait. After 30 minutes and multiple other customers leaving I walked in the building to get my food.They made up a bunch of excuses about running out of stuff.When I told the gentleman that I had been waiting for over a half an hour he said he would try to hurry it up. I then heard the kid in the back putting my dinners together " I'm working on it bitch"REALLY. Hire people over 20 years old.

I ordered food. I was the only car in the drive through. I got to the window and I was asked to wait in the parking lot. (I had one item) I got home the chicken was so grease infested lit is sat under the lamp for hours. I have never been so disgusted. Do not go there!!!
