I hate to pile on.... But something was not going well for all involved tonight. Suspected the drive through would be nuts, which it was, we decided to do a takeout order from the counter. I really think they tried their best, but it was so disorganized that the manager/chicken cook had to put the chicken part of our order together while most of the rest of the employees were arguing and getting frustrated with each other. They did give us a cake because they felt bad about how long we waited, but then we got home to discover that although 3 people worked on putting our sides together, we still didn't get any biscuits nor the mashed potatoes and gravy. Overall this project took 45 minutes and the order was still wrong- significantly wrong. Even though I had agreed that we could just take any random 16 pieces of chicken to get us out of there, it was a really bummer to not have potatoes or biscuits. On to Popeyes or king soopers or really anyplace else I guess.

Garbage. Garbage. Garbage. Do not go here. Sat in drive thru for over 30 min which I get and can deal with if you're short staffed like they claimed . But then got home to find the $40 worth of food I ordered was the worst thing I've ever had. Got 3 kfc bowls and the "chicken" they put on top was literally burnt end bread from day old chicken. You also charge me $19 for 8 pieces of chicken tenders. 3 out of the 8 I wouldn't even call chicken. I don't know what health code violations and week old food you are serving but f**k this place.

I was driving by on Quincy and after seeing KFC/A&W, I suddenly had a craving for root beer and cheese curds, but since I need to be "good," I settled on large cheese curds. I know...I'm horrible.I go inside and am greeted so warmly. The cashier took my order with a smile and asked for my name to be called. After going to the restroom in their very clean restroom, I waited a couple more minutes for some freshly fried cheese curds. Upon giving me my order, the cashier wished me a good day. This is a fast food place, but the service I received is equivalent to what a sit down restaurant should be giving. I applaud management and their staff for instilling such great customer service.

All in all this was a good place for take out. Service was good and as usual.so was the food. My only complaint would be that with a 12 piece/3 side meal, 4 biscuits are not nearly enough!

food came out piping hot in a good way! Nalisha I think is how to spell it, I give her 5/5 stars. she was respectful, nice, energetic about her job, and just awsome all around! the ambiance was good, there wasn't any bad music playing, I like that. the place was clean and organized. over all, great!

i decided to try KFC after see a special advertised on TV: Tuesday 8 piece for $10. I downloaded the KFC app to my phone and tried to order. The KFC would not let me order that special. After repeated attempts, I tried to order from the website on my desktop. It would not let me order the Tuesday Special. I finally found an error message saying that my store doesn't offer this special. So I ordered something else, including nuggets. The chicken was okay, but the nuggets are a bad joke. Also, the sauces for the nuggets were no where to be found.

If I could give them a zero I would. The staff was full of careless and disrespectful teenagers. I waited 20 minutes parked for an order and had to go inside to remind them. Once I got my food my sandwich looked old and thrown together so we asked for a new one. This is the new sandwich I was given drowned in sauce and they laughed like it was a joke. The manager won't do anything about it. Definitely not the kfc to go to if you don't want your money wasted

Idk why minimum wage keep going up because I had to reiterate twice on separate things(no pickles and 2 of an item which they basically robbed me by giving me one) to a someone who I assumed understand the fucking difference between 1 and 2... I mean what's the point of me ordering fucking food and paying for it if you're not going to make it to the agreed specification and the AMOUNT specified...

Very rude drive thru personal. The one I am talking about that goes by the name Sean. He has a distinctive look, like the look of a pug. He has the look of a dumb pug to be exact. You'll know it's him if you ever order drive thru. He was very rude to begin w, came about with an attitude for no reason when I wasn't ready to order. I mean I just got there, give me a few. Even said give me a minute nicely. After I ordered I even thanked him. Thanked him for what, I guess so I can cheer him up a bit. After pulling up to the window, he looks at me with a dumb looking face telling my total very condescending. And when I asked for hot sauce he rolled his eyes and threw his hand in the hot sauce carrier and pulled out a handful and stated sarcastically " is this enough" and then threw in into my order. Also when he turned to get the biscuit I'm sure he crunched my biscuit up becuz look at my picture of how it was when I pulled it out the bag. Very unprofessional doggy. I give him a thumbs down!
