I have been a regular customer for years with no issues until yesterday's dinner. The 5 dollar meal gave me an upset stomach.
I order 3 piece chicken tenders and received these. Two of which, combined, would hardly count as one! They were almost all breading too.
This friggin' nugget counts as a tender???? What a rip off....

It happened to me about 2 years ago with this location really bad customer service so rude and disrespectful, If there was 0 star i wouldve rate you as 0. Asking about the manager name she took her name tag off and she said my name is manager!!I took the order to the car, in the car my wife opened the bag she didn't find Pepsi, chicken tenders and sauces which I asked her about the sauces she said to me everything is in the bag and the bag was missing food in it!!But don't you worry we already reported you to the district manager and the customer service. And be thankful that we didn't call the police on you!!!The manager said you guys open the bag in the car that's when you took out the chicken tenders and now you are back asking for another one!! It end up we left the food in the store for her to enjoy it.

Went to this drive thru and ordered 2 wraps per their advertisement . Drove away to find a chicken sandwich in the bag. Drove up and went inside to correct. 3 cars got their orders in the drive thru before they gave me mine. I looked inside the bag and I had 3 wraps and fries. I gave the fries back and one of the wraps. I only wanted what I paid for. As I drove home - one of the wraps was spicy and I couldn't eat it. There you go. Please verify your order before leaving. I won't be back for good reason.

It's is surviving among the land scape of chicken places but it is no longer dominant chain but its holding steady.You can grab a family feast and head home to friends and know there will be enough for everyone and something everyone can eat from kids to adults.5he biscuits and texture of the fried chicken are my favorites

Terrible customer service. Went through the drive thru and ordered a 3pc meal and a side order or fries,Mac and cheese, and mash potatoes. One would think that order is not complicated. They gave me the 3pc meal with a biscuit and chicken no sides in the meal box, and a small bag with fries. I go in to correct my order and let them know I'm missing my side orders. They hand me a bag with 1 side of Mac and cheese. DO BETTER. No one wants to eat out and have their order messed up consistently. This experience was terrible and overall a waste of time. Hire people who know what they're doing!

This place has the rudest Customer Service Staff ever!!! I don't think the hiring personnel at KFC even cared about that part as far as experience is concerned! They treat people of color horrible!!
