Ordered the 12 piece meal for 6 peopleUnexpected results.Asked for legs and thighs-got mixed piecesOrdered Original Recipe-got mixed rAsked for silverware and plates-received fourth napkins.My advice is to check your order before you head to the park for a picnic!

This particular KFC is HORRIBLE! I went through the drive thru and placed my order with them at 1645. Pulled to the window to pay, so I paid then got told to park. Went to park, and sat there for 30 mins before someone came to the car and asked for my receipt......I then waited another 10 mins for my food......That visit was a total of 40 mins......that is ridiculous......

I'm writing this review as I'm sitting in the parking lot at this kfc location. Went through a drive-through ordered a chicken sandwich. She told me to wait in the parking lot. 25 minutes later I'm still waiting. Honestly what the hell

My last stop at a KFC. Quality has really decreased. They no longer make their own cookies. I asked girl behind counter why their packaged cookies were hard. She said she thinks because they come frozen. They have changed chicken tenders. I'm not sure one was evenly cooked (see photo). Around drink area everything was so sticky. Just lost this awesomeness they had in previous years. Maybe stop hiring over priced celebrities to play the kernel in your commercials and work on quality of the food. I don't recommend this location.

How can this KFC on East Colfax be so much worse than the KFC on Chambers and Mississippi? The drive through is rarely open with a hand written note telling you that you have to come inside. When you do order its a wait every time.Trust me fellow Yelpers, it's worth the drive over to the Mississippi location, it's faster, cleaner, friendlier, and just all around better!

What kinda weird fast food place has you place an order to get to the window and say you didn't order. I was the only one in line. And now I'm with 5 other cars waiting. This place is weird asf.

The chicken was small, overcooked and old.The instant mashed potatoes were on the brownish side. The little bit of gravy was like water. The little bitty biscuits were old and tasteless. The coleslaw was good. We got all of this inedible disgust for $32.00

I frequently go to the KFC restaurant located on the corner of Chambers Rd & E. Mississippi in Aurora CO, I always order the Spicy famous mashed potatoes bowl, it's absolutely delicious, but that's not the only reason I drive to this particular location in Aurora, note that I can drive to other KFC restaurants but this particular there is a Awesome, Friendly lady named Amanda and if KFC could clone her 50xs and have an Amanda in every KFC that would definitely be an asset to the company, it's Great to be greeted by a smile and a worker genuinely happy to serve myself and other customers, thank you for having Amanda on the KFC team.

Chicken was dry, missing items from order so I called talked to an employee that said he was a manager and would refund my money. I ask if he wanted me to bring the food back - he said you still got, I replied yes. So he apologize for the inconvenience toldMe to bring he would refund me. Once I got there a female came said she was manager and she he should have said he was. She refused to refund yet she took the left over nasty food back. I will dispute the charges on my credit card. If I can report I will to whomever is necessary. The female manager needs customer service training badly and should be in that position. Went to get some KFC for lunch. They were fast & courteous despite the pick up orders that they had. Chris provided us with our meal today. Thank you, Chris!
