The service was absolutely amazing! All the gentlemen there were so helpful and kind. I can't wait to try the beans! My latte was delicious, the espresso was smooth, no bitterness. I work at a local coffee roaster in Omaha and love to try other local roasters whenever I go out of town. This place is awesome, definitely recommend!!

I wanted to love this newer spot on Broadway. The original roaster/coffee shop on Evans never disappoints--perfect cappuccinos and cortados every time, and a bag of beans to go. I've been going for over 20 years. But this new spot left much to be desired. First off, when I ordered a cappuccino somehow it was suddenly confusing to the barista, who made me a mammoth drink in a giant tea cup. Not likely her fault--she explained after I insisted I just wanted a normal cappuccino (5-6 oz) that they call that a short. What is this local chain now, a Starbucks? I come here to avoid that place! She was kind about remaking it while I was kind too, alluding that I appreciate her letting me be a coffee snob. But then she handed me a 6 oz cup with no saucer that was only half full. There were no spoons to stir in my sugar, so I had to ask for one. Gawd, it tasted terrible! NOT a cappuccino. 1/3 espresso, 1/3 milk, 1/3 foam folks! The whole point of me coming here is so I don't have to make it better at home. I took two sips and went to put it in the dirty dish bin, and saw that there was a full trash can, and all the trash had been deposited in with the dirty dishes, none of which had been cleared while two baristas sat idly with 2 customers over one hour. Do better, y'all. Make us veteran Kaladi drinkers prouder.

No frills coffee shop - has plenty of indoor seating and WiFi. It doesn't have major hipster fancy vibes, but has good coffee and cozy seating. Parking is a bit tricky, it's mostly street but usually not a problem once you get off Broadway. Recommend if you need to work somewhere.

I think I'm in love with Kaladi's coffee. Seriously, so rich and smooth and delish! I'm glad I bought a bag so I can have at home. Great coffee shop, plenty of room to sit, barista was awesome, you should 100% go. Street parking only.

Loving the wide bean selection, roasted in the shop. As my previous source for coffee beans recently closed up, I find the Kaladi roast and character profiles to my liking. Especially enjoying the Peru and Barundi varietals. Priced well too. Yes, I guess I'm a coffee snob; and starting my day off right is important!

Kaladi has been our go to for years and has been consistently great coffee. However its more and more difficult to go there with increasingly surly staff. Last few times we were there the staff seems very unhappy. If you order more than one drink they just set them out with no announcement or indication of which drink is which. Kinda strange. Hope they can correct this as its great coffee and a nice open space.

I love this coffee shop! Wide open space, local art on the walls, locally roasted (giant windows where you can see the beans and roasters as you enjoy your coffee), featuring local baked goods, and super friendly and helpful staff. Kaladi gives you every reason to like them.Prices are very reasonable too. I hit the tip 20% button without thinking and felt bad because the workers deserve more. Next time I'll pay more attention to it.They have a signature kaladi latte, which features their own syrup of chocolate and vanilla flavors to go with the espresso and milk. It tastes fabulous. I'm normally a basic straight espresso or americano or drip coffee kind of guy, but I thoroughly enjoyed the kaladi latte. Satisfied my craving for sweet without being too sweet. By the way, their espresso, americano, and drip coffee are all amazing too. They always feature 2 kinds of drip coffee that are rotated (or at least 1 is). Just ask and they'll let you know what they have and describe it too.There really are a lot of great places to get coffee beans in Denver. Put kaladi on your list for must try beans.

Kaladi coffee has some of the best freshly ground espresso you can get and their kaladi syrup is next level! Their service is also super kind and quick, definitely a go to on a weekly basis!

Inconsistency seems to be the norm here, whether it's the inconsistent quality of coffee or the staff, who can range from friendly to not-so-much. Regardless, I've been coming weekly to work and grab coffee for over a year, trying to make this my local spot. After today, I won't be back. My experience aligns with other Yelp reviews mentioning 'unfriendly,' 'standoffish,' 'disrespectful,' and 'distracted' staff.I had been patiently waiting for my drink when a barista mentioned someone had accidentally taken my order and kindly offered to remake it. When she placed the drink on the counter, I politely asked if it was mine, just to be sure I wasn't taking someone else's. That's when the older barista, she is there frequently, decided to yell at me in front of everyone, telling me to take the drink and accusing me of three remakes - which was absolutely not the case. It was embarrassing and completely uncalled for.Despite being within walking distance, I'd rather take my money and go further to get coffee from a place with friendly staff who appreciate loyal customers. Kaladi is not a great way to start your morning.

This shop has the most delicious coffee I've ever had for such an affordable price! Would 110% recommend! Cute little shop and the service is great!
