Overall: 5/10Food: 8/10Service: 2/10Ambiance: 7/10Value: 4/10This pace is SUPER confusing, especially after our visit of Hangang Ramen. Unlike Hangang, this place does not display the ramen so you have to have either google or an already working knowledge of Ramen types. There was only one guy working that didn't speak English so he couldn't answer any questions. Plus, there's a free toppings list and a PAY toppings list that wasn't very well explained. Food was fine but it took forever to get it. At Hangang, you physically select your food and then bring it up to the register. Here you order, wait and pray. This place is also pretty spendy if you don't know what you're doing like us first time through. My guess is if you come here often and have favorites, it's pretty quick and easy. Do your homework before you come here!

Interesting spot.. used to be a poke city I think. you order at the kiosk and the workers make it, there's also an area to buy a cup ramen and heat it yourself. Fun concept but I think expensive ($7 for a ramen you can buy at h mart, $2 per topping like spam, egg, etc). I'd rather make my own ramen at home or get Poke bowl though was good, I'd get that again

We can't speak for the rest of the items but the shaved ice here is super fluffy! The setup is a little strange but everything was clean and organized. They have poke and ramen options that we did not eat this time around but those looked delicious as well. The ramen option was a bit strange since it kind of looked like a fancier cup o noodle situation. But we would go back for the shaved ice for sure and maybe try some poke and the fancy cup o noodles. There is parking in the back but beware spaces are tight.

I liked the concept of this restaurant, but there were some qualms that I had with it. To start the restaurant was very clean, which was nice. It was pretty silent inside. I don't recall really any music playing, and if there was music, it was very faint, which isn't a bad thing. Upon going up to the counter to order they give you quite a bit of options for what Ramen you can choose and various types of toppings you can add. Here is where my first issue came in at. I typically go for chicken in my ramen, both my friend and I, when we ordered, we inquired about adding chicken to our Ramen, but that was not a menu option. At the end of the day I understand that a restaurants menu is their menu, however, I think my Ramen would've been way better, had it have had chicken in it. I did not want to go with just a plain Ramen so I chose the spicy miso Ramen with added shrimp. I'm not a huge shrimp person so I felt like that took away from my Ramen experience. Also, I'm not sure if it was just me, but I'm not sure if the shrimp was cleaned as well as it should have been. Another qualm with this place is it sounds fun to make your own Ramen, however while the machines they use to do so are really cool, it is a bit of a learning curve. There are instructions set up by the machines, attempting to explain the directions, but me and my friend still stood there for a couple of minutes confused. It wasn't until another restaurant goer came up and explained to us how it worked that we finally understood how to get the machines going. She explained that she was too confused at one point until she was able to figure it out herself. You have to turn on the machine and then press the number and it'll pour out water and then the hot plate will heat up the water bringing it to a boil and starting the time. All I can say I won't be back here. It was just way too much work for so little reward. Also they didn't have chicken as a topping choice. Additionally, I will say I was shocked that they provided packs of ramen instead of fresh ramen.I suppose I had a completely different experience planned out in my head and this was not it.

Ahhhhh. Had high hopes but it was just kinda blah. Veggies were not fresh. It's just instant ramen. You could go to the store and get the same packet for $1

Great atmosphere and really tasty treats. The fruit tea with peach pieces was delicious, and the poke hit the spot. Friendly service and 20% off thru July.
