John Holly's Asian Bistro

So I recently learned that John Holly's is a staple local business, and everyone frequents the restaurant often. I myself just recently discovered the deliciousness of American Chinese cuisine here. From the John holly's sauce to the Singapore rice noodle it's all just so good. I have to admit the star of the show wasn't any of the specialties on the menu, it was the sushi menu they offered. The Tamago is one of the best I've had in Colorado, it was sweet savory and it had a beautiful custard like texture. Top notch I'll go back just for the Tamago. The service was great both times we visited. We were warmly greeted & promptly seated. Both times the bartender was our waiter. He was super knowledgeable of the menu & definitely can shake you up a solid mixed drink. In general the restaurant is tidy & pretty clean. There's a lot of hustle & bustle in the air from the waiters to the cooks & locals dining. It's a great restaurant to visit when that John Holly's craving hits. Trust me you'll keep going back for more.

We brought our extended family here on Christmas Eve.It was a mix of people with very different tastes, but we managed to find things in the menu that everyone loved.The Mongolian beef, crispy honey chicken (and shrimp), cashew chicken, and crab puffs were all huge hits across palettes (and generations).The staff was very friendly, and our waiter (Kevin), did a fantastic job. I'm sure that it won't be long before we are back here.

Lunch with a friend. She and her husband loves this restaurant afterI introduced them to it. We came in and the bus person brought us water right away. Super nice. The waiter recognized my friend and welcomed her back. We decided on pork spring rolls to start and I went with fish in chili oil and she chose pad Thai. The pork spring rolls were average. Fish in chili oil isn't the traditional style I'm used to but it was delicious. And my friend loved her pad Thai. Restaurant wasn't super busy and nice and clean. Parking in shared lot.

Heard John Holly's Asian Bistro, the staple in the Park Meadows area is going to introduce some dim sum items, such as hargow, shumai, soup dumplings and many more in the near future. Also, besides the Chinese American plates and sushi on the menu, they also have many off-menu authentic Chinese dishes, Peking Duck is a must try. This is certainly one of my favorite Asian restaurants in the area, with fresh and good quality sashimi, varieties of sushi as well as other tasty entree plates. The service is attentive, ambience is comfortable and the restaurant is spacious with elevated ceiling. Here are their sashimi combo, Mongolian beef and pineapple chicken.

I went John Holly for a meal with my family over the weekend. I really liked the ambiance--it was modern yet cozy. The service was great, and the kids especially loved the mango sushi.

John Holly's is typically wonderful Chinese food with good service, yet I've seen them struggling a bit with inconsistency in food and sluggish service. The ambiance is bustling and sometimes the restaurant can be a bit noisy. We always enjoy the Orange Beef.

This is one of my favorite Asian restaurant to visit in the Lone Tree area. I've been coming here for almost ten plus years. I love coming here for the lunch menu. They have a variety of food options that suits everyone. The price is pretty decent also. Dinner can get busy. I love their portion sizes, it's all shareable family dishes. The flavors has been always amazing with the freshest vegetables. I never had a bad meal here. The sushi always been fresh and decently sized. The service has always been amazing even when they're busy. Were able to do a quick lunch or dinner whenever we visit. Love their casual ambiance. You can dress up or wear sweats. It doesn't matter.

Our favorite Asian restaurant! The service is top notch, the kindest staff. Our favorites are the pepper chicken, any of the sushi rolls, they always deliver- last time the unagi was warm, so just something to be aware of, that was a little different. The john holly chicken is good for the kids, basil chicken for something spicy, drunken noodles and pad Thai. The service is fast, the food is always piping hot and the serving sizes are big, we always order extra so we have leftovers. Do the same for yourself, and you'll thank me !

Absolutely delicious! We had appetizers, sushi, seafood and spicy beef and everything was incredible.
