Service is great!Ambiance is finer style which is perfect for this joint.Food - I am a burger connoisseur and although they do make an absolutely giant burger that is affordable priced,, in my eyes I've had better tasting. They serve smash burgers but it could definitely use more of a char to the burger. The flavor just was not there for me. Don't try me wrong, it was a good burger and a huge burger but it was definitely lacking flavor. Salt is needed. A char is needed. A mayonnaise is needed. I will be back. They have a lot of other items that I would love to try out. Burger was just lacking in flavor.

Food was fine. But we got there at 7:45pm. Food got to use about 7:55. Two bites into my food, a gal comes up saying they are closing. So i asked, if we could finish our dinner. She replied "Yes, but you should hurry it up" 10 mins after 8pm, im half way through my burger. Fries are on my food tray and she comes up and asks "can i have your tray" i asked, my food tray? She said yes. So I was blow away that she was basically kicking us out when we werent even finished eating yet. So i tossed my burger down on the tray and pushed it over to her. She said, in a snotty voice "well, you can finish eating" and i replied "no thanks, i can tell when we arent allowed to finish our meal and we are being kicked out" Her reply to that was "no i wasnt kicking you out, but now that you say that, then sure okay"I have never been so disgusted with a persons customer service as i was hers. I was in the restaurant industry for 25 yrs. Never would i kick people out, let alone take away their food trays 10 mins after they got their food. And every table was so dirty, we had to clean our own tables, as the staff watched us do it. Sadly, a place this nostalgic should not have people like her working for them. And i think she was staff lead or maybe even a manager. Heartbreaking... ill never step foot in there again. she responded

First time visiting this place. Saw the reviews online and had to check it out. My wife had the 4" w gauc and I tackled the 6" classic. Absolutely incredible food! Can't wait to bring friends and family!

Came here for a late lunch and was pleasantly surprised! Jim's is a 50s style burger joint that uses local Colorado ingredients. I ordered a 4 inch cheeseburger combo with fries and a Diet Coke. The beef was super flavorful and fries were perfectly crispy. Prices are very reasonable - my meal was around eight dollars total. My partner got a pineapple shake that had and real chunks of pineapple- super good and fresh tasting! Def coming back here!

Jim's Burger Haven is consistently good! It's a good old fashioned burger joint that's been around for decades. We drive pretty far to go there over all the other new fancy burger places.

Jim's has been rocking the burgers since 1961. There is always a line and it is worth the wait.There is a decent amount of parking. The menu is prominently displayed so you can make decisions prior to reaching the register. I have not had a bad experience here. I normally get the 4" with cheese and all that comes on it: yellow mustard, shaved lettuce, tomato, onion & pickle. The beef is from Colorado and the buns are from Aspen Baking Company. They are local and they support local. This last time instead of fries, I got the cheese curds with ranch. They were tasty. The atmosphere is fun. Lots of old pictures and feels like you are walking back in time. It is worth the stop.

We go here about 3 times a month. Last t times have been disappointing. Last time we didn't get what we ordered. Missing the fries. I mentioned this to to cashier and i may have been talking to the register. This time, we would have been shorted the drinks, had to remind them. Not sure how you can screw up a burger but, 2 4" doubles and not one patty was on a bun by the time I got home. Good times here we come...

If there is anything that can melt my green, crusted heart, it's a good burger. And holy hand grenades, this place is where it is at!First and foremost; the burgers are wide, the way nature intended. And when I say wide, I mean pizza level wide! It does come plain, so you get to customize your sauces and toppings. And it tastes amazing, even plain!The style of the place feels very 1940s, and several photos of many hotrods of those eras, neon lights and greaser music. With some very friendly staff, as well.Guaranteed coming back!

Found a hair in my burger... definitely don't feel to hungry anymore. Pretty grossed out!

The food has maintained its level of satisfaction and the dining experience have not wavered over all these years. The cleanliness and atmosphere of pictures of classic cars hanging from the walls throughout, 50's, music playing. This is my place for a delicious hamburger. Has been for decades.
