It wasn't freaky fast, but it was fast. The food was good and tasted like all other JJ I've been too. However, the Banda music is a little loud. I'm ok with the music but the yelling portion of the song is a little high pitched in the ear. Anyway, it's good and the girls were very friendly. The cleaning the consistent.

I really like the convenience of ordering through the Jimmy Johns app. It's ready when you get there is the best solution for today. I always order my favorite #12 Beach Club- TURKEY, PROVOLONE, Avocado spread, cucumber, lettuce, tomato & mayo on French bread. YUMM YUMM! All the ingredients always fresh and service is lightening speed. The kids working are friendly and having a nice day here.

I recently had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. My wife and I placed an order for 2 subs and sides of peppers. However, when we received our order, we were missing one of the sandwiches. We informed the cashier and she charged us $10 for the first mistake and charged us again for the new subs and had us return the first one. This process took about 10 minutes, and when our food was finally brought out, we still didn't receive the pepper sides we had ordered. When we asked for them, the cashier told us we would have to give him a $5 tip in order to receive them. This kind of service is completely unacceptable and left a bad taste in our mouths. I keep giving them another chance but, seems like the last several times I've been there it's been a bad experience! This time I went in and ordered a16 inch beach club. Get all the way home sit down to eat, bread is old and hard, and..... It has NO meat on it! Not one sliver!!! I don't have time to drive all the way back. Ridiculous!

Not "freaky" fast, not fast at all ! Last two order have taken 30+ minutes to arrive (they are only 1.5 miles way) and has been 1+ hours.) The orders are often wrong (wrong bread, missing items, not cut in half, dropped off at door [in a pile of ants!].) Thry always have an excuse (driver had flat tire or got in an accident, no drivers, drivers out sick, etc, etc.) Don't waste your time or money.

I normally don't go to JJ, but kids want it and not feeling good today. So make it simple and trying something different. Went through the drive through and ask if they have kids meals and they said yes and I ask if I can give them like the number 1. So instant of them getting kids meals they got the number 1 (and they got that wrong, they only charge me for the one child, not for both). And on the other 2 subs, it's a guessing game. Not knowing who's got what (for MIL and BIL). Then I saw the line behind me while they had to make my other child's order because they didn't get it the first time :(

i am more than upset with my interaction with the manager and my service from the Thorton location. I ordered my food got home realized they gave me the completely wrong sandwich and now I was willing to drive 10 minutes back to the Jimmy John's shop, but I asked them if there's anything they can do to give me a little bit credit towards something else for my time and my driving as it's not fair that I don't get to eat my meal and I have to drive back to get my sandwich remade and they said that they would only sandwich or without any proof for coming back for the meal they'll give me a five dollar credit. Why not replace my sandwich and give me a five dollar credit towards visit meal to make the situation right. The was rude and and his staff was also rude and dismissive. You should be considerate of other people's time and money that they've spent at your company and if they are willing to drive back to get the sandwich remade, they should also get a credit for the next time they come in. It's unacceptable just to do nothing and expect somebody to drive. Use their gas time for free and for that willing to come back for their food

Placed an order to be picked up at 8pm. This location closes at 10pm. Upon arrival the front door was locked making the establishment seem closed. Myself and others turned back as we were unable to enter the establishment and were under the impression the location was closed. After calling the location I was put on hold twice while employees gathered inside. After a second attempt to get someone's attention I was instructed to go to the side door which was unlocked. Would not recommend this service as it avoids helping customers.

Well, I'd rate the food but I never got it. Their "fast" commercials should be removed. I waited over an hour for my delivery before I called and was told " The driver is 10 minutes away." Oh wait! It finally arrived! Delivered to the wrong door. The best part? The location is only ten minutes from my house.
