So glad I bought a bread sandwich (Sarcasm). Asked to add pesto sauce which they have. They're not allowed to add a sauce I would have paid for because it only goes on one special sandwich. First and last time I'll ever go to a Jimmy John's.

Placed an online order at 4pm for a 5:45 pickup, it's 6:04 and it's not ready- kicker is that it's only ONE sandwich. Super bummed, as there is a reason people choose to order ahead. I hope this isn't an issue in the future.

The food is decent, very fast and consistent. One of the best things about JJ is that you can get a sandwich made often faster than you can enter it into the app. And they are really good about giving freebies away to regular app users. The downside is that it's just fast food. So, for the times when you need that, great, but for the times that you crave a sandwich with more depth or more options, maybe your needs are better off met at a small family type deli. Either way, the value at JJ is decent.

Crazy cool place! I have never been to a Jimmy John's before! I was so tempted to get a 16 inch sandwich so I let the temptation take over and got myself one. I got it very quickly and it was delicious! I am sure I will find myself at this place again whenever I am in need of a sandwich.

2 of the last 4 times we've come here, they've had no bread ready. This last time was an in-App order attempting make the process "freaky fast". When I arrived to the store for pickup 15 minutes after placing the order (for two simple sandwiches), there was no bread available and was told I had to wait 10 more minutes for the bread to cool and be ready. Worst run JJ's store. Update a year later....tried this store again as the kids wanted it. Walked in at 11:45a on Labor Day holiday, and what do you know? No bread again.

Super fast service is what I received when I came here for lunch. I didnt even leave the counter area after speaking with the cashier when the sandwich maker handed me my tasty and delicious sandwich. This restaurant provided me with the trifecta that all restaurants in this industry should inspire to be like. Great customer service, reasonable prices and a clean atmosphere.

Wtf? So went to Jimmy Johns today specifically for the 'caprese salami pesto sandwich which looks great on the poster. But, what I got lacked ingredients and flavor. I got it to go and didn't discover how ripped off I was until I got home. Really Jimmy John's???

Part two! They charged my card for the order. Meanwhile it says they are open until 9pm!! I had to call another store to find out this information! This manager needs fired!! What a complete and utter joke!! If I don't get my money back ASAP I will be filing charges. This is UNACCEPTABLE!! At a bare minimum put your updated hours on your damn website!!

Bert and his crew at JJ's did a fantastic job for our group of 40 at our office location today!
