Had one of their drivers block me in my parking spot, honk at me, then shovel copious amounts of obscenities on me when I reported her in person to her manager. Black girl named Angela or something. Angela if you read this I have a picture of your car and license plate. If you try anything funny police will be notified.UPDATE: I was contacted the next day by this locations manager who apologized profusely. I explained to him that the apology was unnecessary. I simply wanted to see his business succeed by pointing out the poison pill. The driver has been rightfully terminated. I'd like to give a shout out to Austin, Hannah, Justin, Cayman, and Tim. This store has a great crew who takes care of business.

Got food poisoning here about a month ago. I no longer eat here. As a delivery driver I was treated rude and they expect drivers to fill their drinks. They are the food servers and it's their job to fill drinks. If they are busy and ask nicely I'll help with drinks but the store was empty and employees standing around doing nothing can fill their own drinks. I'm a delivery driver and not a server. Now I won't eat there nor deliver food for them.

Subs so slow, you'll freak. But seriously, I've been there 10+ times in hopes things could change, but no. Slow service (20+ mins for a sub), they run out of staple meats, and mess up sandwiches. Today they did all 3 and it took 30 minutes to get a sub.

I came here during one of Colorados infamous snow storms since it was a quick and easy stop. The service was quick and fast since all I was doing was picking up, their app is really easy to use, just pick out what you want and checkout, they send you a confirmation email when its time to pick up your order. The food was good and freshly prepared and ready for me when I arrived.

Freaky SLOW! Ironic. Waited 45+ minutes... 3 people working but couldn't be any more inefficient, and tons of folks waiting longer and obviously very anxious. Tables were sticky, wouldn't refund some poor guy. 2 out of 4 sandwiches they got right. Other 2 missing the spicy part of the spicy Italian. Just read other reviews, almost most identical. Where's the manager? Owner?

Stopped by to pick up sandwiches to take to the park. We placed our order and 45minutes later got to go to the park. They had three people behind the counter but all three of them were building one sandwich at a time- one would cut the bread, the other two would watch the bread being cut, then the one that cut the bread would pass it to the next person who would add the meat etc. while the other two watched them the third person would wrap the sand which, ceremoniously pull out the sharpie, remove the lid, write the number of the sand which, replace the lid and then carefully put it back on the shelf (for every single sandwich). This process repeated itself for the 45 minutes we stood waiting for some sandwiches that cost $10 a pop. While we watched this painful process several customers were loosing patience, there was a table of girls who had clearly been there before us who had to come up three times and then finally got their last sandwich after all the other girls had eaten. Also, the slowest of the extremely slow and inefficient employees started complaining that customers were told that it would be a 45minute wait (for some sandwiches) when they walked in and then complained fret 20 minutes...they didn't tell me or anyone else helplessly waiting for some freaking fast sandwiches. One customer even asked to cancel the order and get their $ back and they were told they could not do that - DRAT because that was exactly what I was hoping for. The irony is the fact that they print "freaky fast" on everything. Won't be back EVER- terrible service, slowest sandwiches ever and don't even get me going about the employees hygiene or sticky table situation.

Having worked in the restaurant business for many tears, I hate to post a negative review. That being said I placed an online order through the website knowing it would be longer than expected and I was okay with that. When my order arrived I had to leave to pick up my kid from work and did not have time to check the order. When I got back home three of the four sandwiches were right but one was wrong, missing half the ingredients. I called to try to fix the problem and was hung up on. I have spent my life in customer service and this is not how you do business.

I'm a former Jimmy Johns GM, (a certified mayo master) and these people delivered exactly what i was craving after 5 years in less than 20 minutes. i know they're always making things with pride because i can see it in the tomato spacing. 5 stars
