This place is probably the fastest JJ I have eber been to. Literally handed me my sandwich before my card was fully approved. Hot damn, that took me by surprise. Mad respect.The food was as expected. Fresh, cold cuts with my changes making it a solid sandwich. Props to this joint.

Well, ordered a sandwich and chips an hour and a half ago. I have still yet to get it delivered. I expect this from pizza or Chinese where food has to be cooked,, but for an establishment that prides it self on it freaky fast delivery, this is ridiculous.Food finally arrived. Order a drink, no straw. I have straws but should you not include a straw when someone orders a drink?

Ordered from here on April 23rd, 2020 I used their app which made it very easy to order delivery. I got the Turkey Tom and a lil Jon tuna. Delivery was freak fast I was quite impressed. The food was delicious, I wish the Turkey Tom had a bit more turkey. And we live kinda far away (W.38th and Fenton St.) but their delivery person made me very happy!! OMG, how could you mess up a sandwich order so badly? I ordered #5 Slim Jim. I asked for no onions but please add everything else including peppers. I grab my sandwich to go and when I get to my office to eat it I open it up. Guess what's on my sandwich......NOTHING except meat and cheese. Not only did they not put onions on my sandwich but they didn't put lettuce, tomato, vinegar, oil, peppers or anything! Unbelievable.Pay attention Jimmy John's.

Great customer service, very helpful with adjusting my order to what i wanted and was very friendly. when i wanted to split my order with two different cards they weren't sure how to do it, but had my wait as they tried to figure it out and i really appreciated the initiative and not just telling me they couldnt do it like other places wouldve. Food was great too!
