If I could give zero stars, I would. In early March of 2023 I got E. Coli poisoning from one of their sandwiches. I had to go to urgent care and get an I.V, CT scan, Blood Work, etc. don't ever fucking go here, I'm scared for life now!!!!

Today I ordered a simple tuna sandwich with mayo and Jimmy mustard. The sandwich was made perfectly and the curbside delivery is ultra convenient. Especially when I have my dog. The app works flawlessly right down to asking the sandwich be cut in half. The woman that bought my order out could not have been more pleasant. I really enjoyed my JJ's experience today.

Good sandwiches but very pricey in the sub community. Their rewards program is hard to achieve rewards and it seems you always get a free cookie, but to those of us who can't eat cookies it's not worth it. I hardly ever see any coupons for this franchise.

Definitely not worth the price/time/or money. Got a disgusting sandwich, with terrible portions, at a very high price. I ordered for pickup, and still had to wait 20mins after the projected pickup time. What perplexed me the most was that it wasn't even close to busy, and yet they acted like they were swamped. I eventually had to ask an employee to get my order done, after I watched them sit around for 10 minutes. A disgusting example of how franchises dilute overall quality and experience. Yikes...

Giving 3 stars because usually this place is very fast and efficient, but today was a completely different story. For starters, there were several people waiting for over 30 minutes for sandwiches and it seemed like all 5 employees in the back were inexperienced. There was also a 2 year old kid in the back where the employees were making sandwiches/cutting bread. Just all over the place. A lot of unhappy people suggesting that we go elsewhere because of the wait - some that were even there for 45 minutes.

Have yet to get an order right. Even today with let's see it you can get 1 order out of 7 right on the ticket they still F-Ed up. Waiting 30 plus minutes for my replacement chips. This are jalapeño chips. WTF Corporate does not give a F about your comments nor does the owner

I wish I could give this zero stars. I ordered this at 4:00 arrive at 4:50, and I live 1.2 miles away. Call to see what was going on with my sandwich and got jacked around and lied to. Then I finally get my sandwich and it has three pieces of turkey on it, I honestly can't even taste the turkey. Biggest waste of time and money.

I always thought Jimmy John's was better than Subway. This Jimmy John's has taught me different. Gas station subs are better than this place. If fresh, and not stale bread was used, with a decent amount of ingredients - that were actually well kept and not wilting and lukewarm - their subs would be decent. But all that is too tall an order I guess.
