I live very close to this one. It is the worst ran one I have seen in a while. I'm not sure why every time I go they are slammed but only have 1 to 2 sandwich people and a guy at the front who is overwhelmed. I get the sandwich and most the time they mess up the ingredients because they are playing massive catch-up all day. I think this boils down to bad owners. If you can't staff enough to keep up with demand then you aren't playing enough to these hard working employees. If you had enough staff and paid them right they would stay and keep up well with the demand. I have never been to this location and had smooth service. Let's quell this corporate greed please.

This location is horribly slow. It took them 45 minutes to make sandwiches at 3pm on a Wednesday. There certainly weren't any customers eating in at that time.

In my observation the operation seemed to be understaffed during peak lunch hours. Sandwich fresh but awfully skimpy on turkey.Not enough value to return.

Just witnessed the owner along with another male employee yell at and belittle a female/teenaged employee in front of staff and customers. She cried and asked them what she did wrong, the owner responded with "BYE!" She then left out the back sobbing. Disgusting.

Freaky slow today. 1213pm order. Didn't have my 3 subs until 1222pm. 1 person ahead of me. Never has a Jimmy John's been this bad. 4 employees working, only 1 doing subs. I'm assuming there was an online order or something because the girl looked busy. And to top it off, I only got 2 of my subs at first, so I stood there, got a "what's he waiting for" comment to another employee, I stated I was waiting for my 3rd sub, and the girl says "I already made everything for you." Lol, nope, you didn't. So I showed my receipt stating the 3rd sub, a slim, and I got the "oh" response. The food tasted great and tasted fresh, but this Jimmy John's is not freaky fast. Need to get a manager in there to dictate the flow and maybe stick another sandwich maker on the line. There's so many food options over in this shopping center, that maybe Jimmy John's won't be the go to spot for quickness anymore.

He only jimmy johns in the area that actually stays open until 10am like they post online. DF/GF life and their unwich with mayo bacon turkey and pickles is a perfect nighttime snack when you haven't eaten anything since breakfast I may or may not have had 2. Thanks for the great service and for staying open until the time you post because the three jimmy johns my husband visited before yours did not!

Michael made my day today!!! He greeted me with a smile and positive attitude, he patiently looked up a previous order of mine using my phone number, and quickly made our sandwiches. We've been here before and he was incredibly nice last time AND again tonight- it seems to be a rarity to find such great customer service! Keep it up, Michael!

Miserly with the meat and toppings. Picked up a tuna fish and it was like a schmear on the bread, three cucumbers, two tomatoes. MYbe there wa a run on tuna, but not likely. Kid at the counter was friendly and polite.
