I'm hoping it was just a bad day for this location and someone called out sick. We placed our order online without and issue, but to say it was freaky fast is an understatement. When I pulled up to the restaurant I looked at the to go orders but ours wasn't ready. Cool no issue, but after a few minutes only two people were working. One was making a new batch of tuna salad which I thought would have been made prior to them being open and the other one was making sandwiches and working the cash register. The sandwiches were fresh and made correctly, so not rating on food. More the service and how bad I felt for the workers there.

This is just like most of the Jimmy John's locations. The inside dining area is very clean and the staff was very friendly. I got my typical #9 without tomatoes and it was perfect.

Came into grab a few sandwiches. The cashiertook my cash. I paid with $100.00 bill so themanager had to go in the back to get change.Meanwhile after the cashier took my cash heturned around with out changing his gloves tomake our sandwiches. Simultaneously I amwatching the another employee toucheverything by the phones and computers. Hetoo turns around without changing his glovesand starts making food. The manager comesout with my change and proceeds to startstalking food items without washing herhands! I did say something but I am justshocked at the lack of thoughtfulness to handhygiene.

One star is really generous. Can we do minus stars? People... we have choices. Lots of them. I cannot comprehend how people eat this stuff. 3 different sandwiches for 3 people. We ended up passing around the sandwich's to see if one of us could eat one... so all 3 went into the trash.The Mr: his Turkey sandwich had so much mayonnaise the shredded lettuce was more like lettuce salad (like potato salad but so much worse! So all the Mayo you can see was scraped off - and then we realized how flimsy this sun was... the bread was actually stale, I'm surprised the Mayo didn't soften the bread.19 yr old son: let me start with he eats us out of house and home... a burger fanatic, I thought the Roast Beef would satisfy. He didn't even take a bite.Me: I think this is the first sub I actually didn't like. It was an Onion sub with a slice of cheese and a slice of salami of some sort. (I ordered an Italian sub.). The bread was stale, the raw onions overwhelmed the sub (and I like onions!) All 3 went into the trash at varying times. Never again.JUST NO.

Fast & FriendlyI am always impressed with the speed at Jimmy John's. The commercials are no joke - they are fast! The staff here is really nice and professional, but some of the food combinations throw me off. For instance, I ordered an Italian Sub and it had mayo on on. Just make sure you are specific about what you do and don't want.Enjoy your meal!

Surprisingly no French bread on a Saturday at peak lunch hours. Surprising because French bread is the item at a sandwich shop you'd expect them to always have. Also, there weren't any customers but I see why it was empty.

We just went to the Northfield/Stapleton location. What part of everything on a sandwich is hard to understand? Also, my wife's unwhich sandwich had poor quality lettuce. This might have been understandable if they were busy, but we were the only 2 in the restaurant. Very unsatisfied.
