Not sure why I keep giving them chances but this time they took my delivery order and an hour later I called and they said the driver hasn't come to work. Pretty easy to call and tell me that.

Jimmy John's (#1420) I have been to alot of Jimmy Johns over the years. Everyone has been well maintained and had great customer service. I had the unfortunate experience of that 0.5% that gives Jimmy Johns a black eye.The food was not to the level that Jimmy Johns requires. The bread was as hard as a rock, and It seemed like it was made 2 days ago. The employee's was dirty, not in the proper uniform. There was a serious lack of hand washing which made my experience horrible. Overall cleanness of the inside needs to be improved. It looked like a tornado went through there and they didn't care. Over all, the family and I tossed our meal away and went across the street to McDonald's. You only get one chance to keep or lose a customer. I understand this store was the 0.5% and I will visit other locations but my family and friends will never return to this individual store again.V/rBryan Ehrhart

If you plan on picking up your order, this place is okay. If you plan on having it delivered, forget it. This location is understaffed and the customer service is subpar. With the price of their sandwiches, you'd think you could get better service. Waited 1.5 hours for delivery. When we called, they said they didn't have a driver and uber eats would be delivering it. Once we hung up, we immediately got a text notifying us that an uber eats driver had been dispatched for our meal. Really??? You can't do that while you're making the sandwich? $15 an hour for shitty service? It's pathetic as well as unprofessional.

This place does not deserve even one star. I ordered on line and I paid $3.99 for delivery plus gave driver a $3 tip. crazy. i called after an hour and my sandwich was not ready. they said 25 more minutes. I find out they do not have delivery. My daughter went to pick our order up and it took another half hour. We got our order the bread was over cooked and like a rock. When my older daughter came home she said they don't have delivery. Do not advertise delivery and take $7 in fees and tip when you don't offer that service.

Ordered a few weeks ago and they were completely out of turkey and guac. Yesterday I ordered online and showed up and there was not a single employee working, except for one sleeping at the back table with his resignation on the table. Couldn't get a refund because there was no one else in the store. A pile of tickets on the counter kept printing. Place is pathetic

The area manager is a joke. Very petty to the managers that are trying to improve the store . The reason you can't get great service is because everyone is overworked and under appreciated for the work they do in the store. The area manager is an immature person who need to grow up with some life experience and not treat everyone like there highschool enemy with a bully complex. I have seen that store in its heyday and it was beautiful now its just petty bullying now.

former employee here, you're better off buying your own ingredients and making a sandwich at home. never have I ever seen a jimmy johns that operates so far from corporate standards, or any standards as a matter a fact. from cross contamination to no one else taking initiative to clean or detail anything. pay close attention you'll see employees barely wash their hands before touching food, veggies and meats being left on slicer for long periods of time, cross contamination of food products on the slicer, serving old veggies and meats and passing it off as fresh, exhibiting poor customer service, and overall doing the bare minimum. I am corporate certified, used be a GM for JJ's and actually used to love my Job. I really wanted this store to be a success, had faith in its people and loved it so much. but I am disappointed that I've been treated so poorly for all the work I've put into this store and seeing this store operate so far from any decent standard is sad! I hope that the store employees that cared as much as me, find a better job.
