I love Jimmy John's sandwiches, but every time I stop at this location lately there's been a problem. One time it was well within business hours and they told me they had to close early, and the last time I went they were out of bread. Today I had a reward for a sandwich and went in to the shop to order. When I told them I had a reward I was told there reward system was down and they couldn't honor it. I asked if I could order it online with the reward, and clerk told me he didn't think so, but I said I would try that any way. I had to go out to my car to order since there was no signal in the shop, but had no problem ordering with the reward in the app. I had the Spicy East Coast Italian sub and a side of their Pesto Bow Tie Pasta Salad. The sandwich was as I expected and I liked the east of the pasta salad, but the container of pasta salad was only half full. The clerk was not very nice and definitely had a chip on his shoulder. The shop is very convenient and tidy inside, so it's such a shame that the service is not better.

Customer service was excellent! 8.22.24 visit. Not that 51 means I'm old, but there is a bunch of young guys working here, all very friendly. Everyone was very attentive, good teamwork helping each other ring up my stuff and they were quick. What could you ask for? Although I was a little surprised ordering a club lulu on wheat with chips and a drink would be $15- that's no fault of these guys or this location. I guess as I'm becoming a senior, I always recall what stuff USED to cost. I need to watch out for the $10 deal that gives you the sammy, chips, a drink plus a cookie-although it might not be on wheat. Yeah that's where my old man kicks in, I order what I know I like.

Went for dinner tonight with the kids to try new $10 dinner meal deal . A regular sandwich, chips, cookie and a drink! Very good deal. Only better if they had more choices of sandwiches.

Made an online order to avoid the line about 30 minutes before I got there. When I arrived the worker told me they had my ticket and they were working on it. 35 minutes later still no sandwich. I asked again once the line was short enough and they had no idea what happened to my order!!!! Never again!

went through the drive through. their speaker wasn't working so they asked me to pull up to the window. I pulled up to the window. There's this girl at the window she's standing way far back away from the window and she asked me what I want. She kept getting angry because I couldn't hear her because she was standing 3 feet away from the window. I have worked at Jimmy John's for three years before and was the manager. And this customer service was absolutely horrible not to mention the rolling eyes. And talking about me to her coworkers, while the window wasn't fully closed. her name was Emily. food was good. just horrible girl to have working the register and drive through.

I ordered through their app and my order was waiting for me when I arrived. I didnt know that they had a separate pick up area for mobile orders so I went up to the front counter and informed the employee that I had an online order. There was a bit of confusion as the employee thought that I was making a new in store order but then pointed me to the pick up area. Now that I know the procedure, same mistake wont be made next time, if there is one. Overall an OK experience.

We placed an over the phone order tonight, waited almost an hour and it never arrived, We called and told them, they said they delivered it to the front porch(even though we checked front and back doors, no food) He said he would remake it and deliver it, waited 30 more minutes and still nothing. We called AGAIN and another person answered and told us the delivery driver didn't believe us that it was not delivered and he never remade it or sent it out. We finally just asked for a refund... Both people who answered the phone were rude and had 0 customer service and i'm super disappointed. Just wanted a sandwich haha....

Today my son and I were in the drive through when my car battery died (and the car was running). Dan was so sweet. He said he had jumper cables in his car to help me. He took his headset off, went and got his car and pulled it into the drive though to jump my battery. Dan went above and beyond for me today and I truly appreciate him and his servant heart. Thank you Dan!!!!

What happened to this place? I have been going here for lunch, usually twice weekly, for over 3 years now. Never had a problem until about a month ago. Drive through staff is sometimes very unprofessional, and rude. My order has been wrong, the last 3 times I have visited. And today, not only did I get the wrong order, but the soda I ordered turned out to be only carbonated water. Also sat in the drive through line for over 20 minutes. Something with this location has changed recently and I cannot recommend anyone to visit. Jersey Mikes, and Firehouse subs are right down the road. Save yourself the hassle.
