Takes FOREVER to get a sandwich here. Standing and waiting for 10 minutes now. I'm the only one here. The staff is in an appalling mood here all the time. Avoid.

Ordered online , got here & the doors are already locked & the guys says their closed , but I arrived here at 8:40 pm . Guy is rude & ignored me for minutes , finally walked over to window , wouldn't open so he couldn't hear me saying I already ordered , so now I have to figure out how to get my money back . Not happy

Visited this location twice and both times all went well. Had the gargantuan (half) the other day and it tasted fine, no issues at all. Today I ordered Billy Cub on wheat and it tasted great...ate in both times, restaurant was clean. Wish they toasted the bread, but they just don't. Bought a huge dill pickle for $1.79, good times!!

This place will rip you off on gratuity on your credit card. Calling the store for satisfaction only to get hung up on. No help from Corporate in Illinois. Avoid this place.

I'd give this store a zero rating if I could. I ordered via Door Dash and they handle their own deliveries for orders via the app. I received a phone call saying they had no drivers and would be cancelling my order. However, they completed the order instead and charged me for an order I did not receive. It gets better... I call today to inquire about a resolution and was told by the employee on the phone, "Bruh, I don't have time to deal with this s***" and proceeded to hang up on me! Do yourself a favor and avoid this store at all costs!!!

The worst Jimmy John's I've ever been too! The workers were very unprofessional and unsanitary. The employees seemed super unorganized and overwhelmed and it was only my husband and I in there. After making our sandwiches someone came in and I noticed that they handled money with their gloves on, one of them scratched their head and put their hands up to their mouth and then went back to making sandwiches with the same gloves on. Gross! I lost my appetite and couldn't finish eating. It was a guy and a young girl. I'm pretty sure the girl wasn't even an employee. Then one of their friends came into the store and caused a commotion. My bread was dry like it had been sitting out all day and only had three pieces of meat on it. Will never go back to this one. It was so bad! I do have to say the employees were nice but this store definitely is not ran well and needs to train their employees better.

Ordered an Unwich (lettuce wrap instead of bread) Tuna Club, and they decided to offload all their brown shredded lettuce by wrapping the tuna and brown lettuce inside two leaves of green stuff. Horrible! I was picking it out the entire time. See photo.Not going to this crappy place across street from where I work again. They need new management NOW.Notice the Jimmy John's website has no link for feedback, unlike other fast food chains.That's a BAD sign.

customer service 0/10. no one answers the phone. they are in the doordash app but don't do doordash????? never gave me my refund on my order for 60 dollars. i've ordered here before and this is hands down a the reason i'll never be ordering again. then said my order was delivered on DOORDASH (again they called me directed to tell me they don't partner with doordash) but is the food in the room with us???? i don't think so. like be so forreal. i work in the restaurant industry and i know this is not what they should be doing.
