Meh. I was super excited to try this place and after walking and telling the cashier that I had never been here before, she just said take your time, which was ok but being a first timer I would have thought that suggestions and explanations would have been on the script.To the food, ordered the beach club cause it looked like an easy to make and safe bet. It wasn't bad but it wasn't to good either just kinda average. Sandwich wasn't cut and the avocado spread left taste to the imagination. I have officially tried Jimmy Johns and if in a dire, no other options situation, will go to subway instead.

Perfection! This place WOW! Literally the best experience I have had since I moved here two years ago! Ambiance! Cleanliness! We walked in 5 minutes to close and had no idea what we were ordering. The delivery driver took our order, while the manager made it ... by ear ... so polite! Friendly & Clean!!! I know it's just a chain sandwich place but it's my new favorite one! The sandwiches were also made to perfection and even though we ordered one giant sandwich made three ways, we didn't even have to ask for them to be wrapped separately! Thank you for redeeming my faith in a nice sandwich!

This happens to be the worst Jimmy Johns ever. It takes over 40 minutes to get two sandwiches and ILive four minutes away. The staff is a bunch of rude punks who have no customer service experience. Management just makes excuses "We don't have enough drivers" it's always something. DONT ORDER FEOM HERE! They have more one stars then five lmao. Disappointed.

After placing an order I asked three times to have the tuna sandwich on a sub. After 40 min wait (less than two miles away) I finally received my sandwich and of course they had in on the wrong bread. The delivery driver said that they were super busy and before he showed up I called to see whats going on with my delivery, and I was told that I am outside the delivery zone. I ordered from this location for the past year and I haven't had any information that I was outside the delivery zone.

Use unfresh ingredients and don't care about the customers. Some of the employees are great people but others are rude and have bad attitudes. My latest order took over one hour. I recommend going to other stores. I've had a lot of terrible experiences with this store. The others I've been too have been splended.

As someone who doesn't frequent JJ's due to the terrible and poor reputation of the owner, it was what was convenient at the time. Menu doesn't specify cheese on the turkey so I asked, which would have given away that I don't come here... he then gave me my total and I tapped my card. I asked him "what do I do about the toppings?" And he said I was supposed to do that before. I said... "you didn't ask me..." and his response was: "I shouldn't have to"Wow. It's literally your job. (I just wanted to make sure it didn't have onions on it). Another reason to never be a patron of this establishment.

The owner must be super cheap at this location. They only ever have one driver on staff. It's not freaky fast. It takes an hour. Order Door dash or something else, it's faster.
