There's literally a photo on the front door of a sandwich being dipped in sauce. They're ridiculous.
The girl on the left ran her fingers through her hair with gloves and then made my sandwich. Absolutely disgusting

Wish i could put 0 stars this place is close to my work and almost everytime has screwed up my order and they could care less that its wrong tonight my work paid 46 dollars for food my co worker who is a diabetic only drinks diet apparently they ran out of diet and didnt bother to inform us before giving us the order so we could choose something else Seprate occasion they didn't put any of the chips in the bag said they were closing and they would refund me never did this place has horrible customer service that's probably why they only have two stars there a joke I will not be ordering here again 46 dollars worth of sandwhiches never again

This location used to have my orders acquired, but sadly not anymore. I ordered 3 sandwiches with light mayo and instead my sandwiches were loaded with bunch of mayo and just a few lettuces. One of my sandwich were smaller than the other two. I wanted to talk to the manager but she was not available. I also didn't like the fact that one of the servers were spraying Clorox on the other table while we were eating. The place was very cold and we couldn't enjoy our meals the way we wanted. I'll order Jimmy John's again but definitely not from this location.

This establishment is near our job. It's a go to when in a crunch. The staff is courteous and never complains when you stray from the set type of sandwich. Also I love their restroom signs.

I've had two solid experiences here. (Because I got the same chick that knows what's going on) but the other workers are so incompetent!! Every time I get someone else they screw something up. Also not their fault just a little annoying that 1.8 miles is out of the delivery zone ....

I ordered 10 sandwiches and 10 bags of chips for a company event. I ordered 2 hours in advance and paid. Once I got to the location they did not have my order ready and couldn't find it in the system. They had me call a different store to see if they got my ordered be mistake, they didn't. The manager at that location said they had to make my order regardless. They finally found my order in the system but told me they did not have enough bread to make my order, again they told me I needed to call the other store to ask them if they could make my order, same issue not enough bread!!!! so my order never got made. 14302 e cedar ave unit F Aurora co 80012 location.

Website told me that my order was delivered and it wasnt there. I called the store and they said the driver was just leaving with my order. It is a 5 min drive from my house to the jimmy johns, and it has been an hour since i called.And i have all the call receipts to prove it. I shouldve just went to the store and ordered instead. And this isnt the first time that the delivery was very late. Last time i had delivery, i waited for an hour. What happened to "subs so fast youll freak"?? If an hour delivery is "fast" to yall, then im scared to see what slow is.

Jimmy John's can eat my ass. I live 2 miles away and they wont deliver to my house. Like, maybe, I get it. The whole "freaky fast" thing - except this - I've lived in locations where a JJ was less than a block away and delivery would still take up to 25 - 30 minutes. Sometimes more. So fuck right off with that business model. Problem is, I do enjoy the sandwiches. So once in a while, in a moment of forgetfulness I'll think to myself, "It's been ages since I've had Jimmy John's" and try for an order. Then I encounter the colossal fuckery that is the reality of this place; and it all comes flooding back.No more.This is the last time.Consider this post an announcement of a life-long boycott on your ridiculous concept. I'm not even sure I would care if you DID change your policy and try for a turn-a-round. My goal, is to put you out of business from here forward.

Ordered the gargantuan today and in the middle of the meat in the sandwich was a piece of hair between the ham and turkey. That is disgusting!! Please whoever is cutting the meat or preparing the meat, wear a hairnet.

Just went in for 2 subs and the older woman working was very rude. My boyfriend asked for a little vinegar on the side and she said that "they're not allowed to give out sauce unless it was on the sandwich", even though there was a container of sauce with a bag of opened chips sitting on the table behind us (clearly using sauce to dip the chips in, not on a sandwich). Very unprofessional. And they rolled their eyes when we asked them for a bag and napkins. Will not be returning.
