Service here at this Jersey Mike's is so slow. You can walk in for a pickup order and be ignored for 20 min to find out they just started it on the pickup time. Whenever I order here it's always a wait past the pickup time while employees seem to not know what to do.

They are extremely slow and ask you several times what you want on your sandwich still get your order wrong. One of my sandwiches was not even close to what I had ordered. No one there pays attention to anything.

I highly recommend this Jersey Mikes! As soon as you walk in you are greeted by the friendly staff and they answer any menu questions you have. The store is spotless clean and really bright and comfortable. Hard to decide between the hot subs or the cold original ones. Had them both and they are super fresh and tasty. Great sandwiches and they do catering!

I love Jersey Mikes and was so excited when this location opened closer to my house. The sandwiches are always delicious. The service here is pretty bad though. The employees are nice but all work so slow. We went inside and ordered 4 sandwiches that took close to an hour to prepare. With four people behind the counter, I can't justify waiting that long for four sub sandwiches. They all seemed so disorganized and mixed up the bread on two of the sandwiches. My husband also saw one of the employees use the same knife used to cut the sandwiches to open the cash drawer when it got jammed. Going forward, we will drive further to go to a better location.

Jersey Mikes at 100th and Grant put our receipt on the wrong bag so when Door Dash picked it up they got the wrong order. This is totally Jersey Mikes error. The order we received was someone elses but Jersey Mikes would not fix the error. They just keep blaming Door Dash. I talked directly to the store owner and he wouldn't take any responsibility for the error. Two hours later and we still don't have our order :(. I know mistakes happen but it really erks me that he keeps blaming Door Dash. But Door Dash took the order that Jersey Mike marked as ours... The owner actually said that Door Dash must have printed another receipt and put it on the bag. Aaargg. What? Door Dash doesn't print store receipts (with the all the store info) I will never give this Jersey Mikes my business again. They don't deserve it.
