The manager at this location clearly hates her job. There is no sign for pickup for online orders, so I waited in the line. When she asked what I wanted, I told her I had an online order and she told me I didn't have to wait in line and to wait by the register. I responded that there wasn't a sign and she responded very rudely. I then waited with the six other confused customers while nobody would even acknowledge us. She was helping to make sandwiches and loudly complaining about how they were short-staffed and if people didn't want to wait, they could leave. If I hadn't already paid for an online order, I would have. The two young men were working hard and I felt bad for them.

Staff conducting training for new employee needs to be trained himself. Rude and didn't listen to what I ordered. At least the place wasn't filthy like the last time I visited. Won't be another time.

This was our first time at Jersey Mike's, and it was great. The guys making the sandwiches were fantastic. They answered all of our questions and made recommendations on what we should order. When he asked how I wanted my sandwich prepared, I said, "Make it as if you are making it for yourself!!" He responded, "If you're not making it that way, you are doing it wrong!!!!'' Great response. And the sandwich indicated he was making it right!!!

The manager or the older gal who works here just yells at the kids. I ordered a sub in the tub and she yelled at me for asking for lettuce as a base because hot sandwiches don't come with that.. (isn't that what a sub in tub is??)). She seems miserable and doesn't want to give good service to customers or her employees. It's sad... not a good experience every time I come here.

This was our first time at this location and we will without a doubt be using this as our main location. Incredible staff. Owen greeted us and had a warm smile. Food was delicious and quick. Great experience

Ok, so I usually don't really leave reviews for restaurants unless the place was amazing, or if it was incredibly bad, but this visit to Jesey Mikes, the location off of Hess near Hilltop kind of irked me a bit. I've visited this location in the past and usually visit during busy times of the day, so I expect there to be A bit of a slowdown in service, as everyone works to get all the orders out. This time I visited around 7:00 pm. Hardly anyone in the store so I thought Id be able to get in and get out pretty fast. I stood back for a second to examine the menu then stepped up to the counter to order, but no one seemed willing to take my order. I stepped over to the girl at the register thinking she was going to take my order... nope! I then stepped back over to the other end, and the guy carving meat just looked at me and nodded his headat me, not a Hey how can I help you or anything. So I assumed he was looking for my order. I have him my order even though he looked distraught to even take my orde, then he just kind of wandered a bit before he related the order to another employee that looked like he had just come back from a break and not ready to work. He wandered around a bit looking confused on how to make my sandwich then finally started making it. I start waiting for my order to finish up, when the cashier girl finally speaks up to ask me if I am ready to cash out. She asks me if I wanted chips and a drink, and say I do.(now admittedly I did just say "yup" so maybe she Misunderstood me. She rings me up and pay $10 something for a regular sub, and what I thought was chips and a drink as well, go to grab a cup because she didn't hand me anything and ask which size she charged me for, because just a san for $10 sounds kinda high! She doesn't even turn towards me, laughs and says, "you said you didn't want any" after I attempted to explain that I did, but she just cut me off mid sentence and walked away stating with a sneer "that's ok, just keep them" Look I'm sorry youve had a bad day, or don't want to listen to anymore customers but I'm just here to get some food and get out of your face. Better service next time Jersey Mikes!!

Not enough staff!!. This is the second time I've been here in which we've had to wait for MORE than 30 min. Line not really long. But understaffed. Friendly workers and staff. Feel sorry for them. Many people walked out after waiting for so long Subs are really good though

Do business at your own risk!! Never ever again will I do business at Jersey Mikes on Lincoln. The service there is unacceptable. We buy 5 giant sandwiches from them about every 3 weeks to a month and on one occasion at the end of June they forgot an entire sandwich. I called and was told they would refund it or I could pickup another sandwich that night. I asked for the refund. After 2 weeks no refund was given. I called back and was told that a manager would contact me. After 2 days I called back and was told the manager would again call me. The following day the manager called me and said they couldn't find my order in the system (although I can see it in my jersey mikes reward system). She said they would remake my order next time I was in there and to call and ask for one of 3 managers. She specifically said they would remake the order not the one sandwich. Tonight I did just that, I ordered all 5 sandwiches was told to pick it up in 20-30 minutes, drove all the way to the store to pickup and was told the manager called me and left a voicemail. I had no voicemail but a missed call minutes before my arrival, and no order ready. They then told me they never told me they would remake the whole order only the one sandwich. As the phone is being passed around between two different people on their end. After some back and forth, I asked for the store managers name and number and they refused to provide that info. Finally the gal I was speaking with said she was the store manager and that they would not serve me. I will never do business with a place that doesn't correct their wrongs. You made a mistake, ok, you finally made a commitment to correct it and now you want to back out. So if you want to get what you pay for I would not suggest doing business with this establishment. Not to mention the absolute horrible customer service and the time of the so called manager. As I told them goodbye and good riddents, I will be sure to take my $80 every couple weeks somewhere else. Side note: while I was there they told another customer they didn't have any of one kind of meat and said they couldn't cut anymore. SMH!! Way to do business, I'm sure that's not mikes way!!!
