Jersey Mike's Subs

Jersey Mike's: where the meats and cheese are freshly sliced, but the floor might be marinated in yesterday's crumbs. Good sandwiches, but I wasn't sure if I ordered a #13 or a side of the dirty conditions and staff not really caring about hygiene. A little sweep and some staff training on cleaning, cleanliness and proper glove use could go a long way.

Worst sandwiches, soggy vegetables, over/undercooked bacon, dirty store, lazy employees!!It's an online only sandwich company that will occasionally help a customer that walks in.

Let me start off by saying the sandwiches were great. But the wait was outrageous. It was a Sunday at 1:15. They were giving a clinic on poor management and not managing bottlenecks. Probably waited 20 minutes just to place our order. Watched 5 different people walk out at different times without ordering. The person on the slicer, let's just pretend she was some sort of manager, was grossly slow at slicing, frequently stopping to talk to the other employees, and walking away from the slicer at times for god knows what reasons. And she was making all sorts of statements under her breadth to express her displeasure. Then someone else showed up, who may or may not also be a manager, and he basically stood between 2 people and didn't help the situation. The other employees were spending as much time standing around as working due to the bottleneck at the slicer, yet there was garbage all over the floor by the register and no tables being wiped down.

Appears this location has suddenly grown an attitude. Very very poor customer service in the form of a snarky note scrawled on my lunch. My order asked to please cut my meat into pieces instead of rolls which I have made both in person and online in many locations with out issue or hesitation. Some even do this without a special request. Today I received a snarky note on my lunch when I returned to my office. It took more time to find a pen and write that snarky note then it would have taken this individual to run the knife ONCE in the other direction. Someone's always got to ruin the reputation of a company being snarky.

Came in about half an hour before close, and the two gentlemen working were super awesome! They didn't rush me, were patient, and the sandwiches they made are absolutely delicious! Thanks guys! Hope the rest of your night is fantastic!

Excellent service. Amazing subs as usual, but I wanted to post a review about Zack, who had zero obligation to make me a sub, as I showed up late, after they had closed, but he did anyways, and did it will a smile and made my daughter and I feel welcome and not a bother. Give this guy a raise!

Rude employees. Slow service. Used the app to order online for carry out. Showed up 30 minutes later to find they couldn't find the order. The lady working the grill, which I took to be the manager, didn't offer to make the sandwich even though I had a receipt for the purchase (prepaid) on the phone app. Told me I had to call corporate and ask for a refund.

This jersey mikes has consistently been dirty every time I come by. Napkins and dropped toppings all over the floor that they try to kit to the sides. Trash can next to the patio full to the brim with trash falling out. My husband even told them the floors were really dirty but they don't change nor care. Sucks this is the closest one to my house.

Best subs in Colorado, bar none- the only place that makes them like east coast people love them.Great bread, lots of lettuce, tomato, onion, juice, sliced thin meats.My only go to for real subs.

Ordered online showed up 10 minutes later and my sandwich wasn't done. I proceeded to wait for 30 minutes after that. It was one sandwich. When I got home and opened the sandwich, I found it was made wrong to no surprise. It was particularly busy that day but there is no reason on why someone should place an online order and someone walking in would get their sandwich before the person that placed online did. Some lady that claimed to be the regional manager was there running the shop poorly as well. Maybe it is time to rethink the regional manager if that is true. Terrible experience.
