I'd like to give this place some love. TBH, I've had some negative experiences here in the past, but I also acknowledge none of us are perfect.JMS is my back up place to Eats and Sweets! They are my favorite and have the best sandwiches IMO. So make sure to give them some love of you haven't been there before.Back to JMS, this is a great place if you're on the go and on South Boulder looking for a quick sandwich no matter what the situation. The sandwiches are super tasty too and you can always know what to expect due to it's corporate nature.Give them some love if you're looking for something quick, catering, or feeding a big group!

Our Uber Eats delivery guy said he delivered our Sandy's and it he did not. We had to drive over and reorder. The team was super helpful and remade those at no charge! Very apologetic and the missing deliver wasn't even their fault. Thank you for all your help team!

Never get my order correct, and get huffy when I point it out and ask for my actual order. The kitchen gets way backed up, so if you were hoping to get a quick lunch, go elsewhere.

We ordered several sub platters for our graduation party, they were a big hit! All of our guests told us they really liked that they could just choose what sub they wanted and it was in a nice little labeled package, easy to eat. The sandwiches were delicious and fresh! The price point for a sub platter beats Firehouse or Jason's, and the quality was excellent! It was easy to place our order online and choose exactly what we wanted. The service was excellent, our order was carried out to our car for us. We were provided plenty of napkins, condiment and salt and pepper packets. This definitely has become our go-to sub store!

The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The chicken philly was decent. The steak philly was really gross. Steak tasted weird, not the employees fault. It's just obvious the company uses shitty beef. Although I'm not a big fan of Sprouts you can get a better sandwich in the same parking lot for five bucks;)

The people that work here care. An adorable old couple, myself and my boyfriend were the only people in the store. The staff took turns chatting with this older couple, knew them by name, talked to them as if they were lifelong friends. It's rare to see good hospitality showcased like that. I really appreciated how attentive they were to the customers and personable. I would come back just to see that kind and genuine interaction again.
