Chipotle Pastrami - Decent sandwich if you're craving some pastrami for sure. Would get it again.

I love when they have free delivery days. I get the giant #9 and they always get my order correct. They cut it in 4 sections so I can save what don't eat for the next day. Always put the vinegar and oil on the side so you don't end up with a soggy sandwich. I only gave them a 4 because I like banana peppers buy on the side and sometimes they put them on the sandwich and I have to pick them off. Still one of the bests subs I purchase.

Manager of the store was very rude today. Asked me what I was waiting for. I told her I was waiting for 26. She said it's gonna be a long time. It came out a minute later. It was sitting on the side. I saw a couple interactions with the manager with other customers, and it was just a very demeaning tone.

I Want to support a local business but I can't when it takes an hour to get the sandwich. The staff is nice. I ordered 1 hot sandwich I was told it would be a 15 minute wait. I said no problem. It actually took 45 minutes and then was not even the correct sandwich. It took 15 minutes for the remake. The bread is all torn apart and not even a sandwich at this point because it was made so sloppy. To make it worse, zero compensation was offered for the wait or screw up. Sandwiches can't take an hour to make when your in store ordering.

Definitely the slowest Jersey Mike's I've ever been to but I think it's mainly due to a staffing shortage. There was a line throughout the entire restaurant, people calling in orders, and lots of online orders. It seems like 1-2 of the employees are new as well so hopefully it improves over time. The food itself is as you would expect, just plan to wait much longer than usual for it.

The crew is a little pissed off every time but like who can blame them. They have to cut the meat fresh and make sandwiches all the time. But the food is a delight and the place is clean. Though we're getting spanked on the prices the food makes up for it!

I've always loved Jersey Mikes but this new location has been above and beyond the two times I've been there. The owner was so pleasant and kind and held great conversation and his son was just as nice. He made me a delicious tuna sandwich and seemed very happy to do so even though they were closing soon. I told him to come into the restaurant I work at so I can take care of him like he took care of me at his store. Definitely will be going back!:) -Danielle

We did a pickup order and it took 30 minutes. I went at the time it estimated to pickup and I watched every other person go in line and get their sandwich before my order. They asked three times what I am waiting for and still took longer than expected.

My wife and I are new to the area. I've always liked Jersey Mike's so I stopped into the Erie, CO location a few weeks back. The owners and staff were exceptionally friendly and treated me well. Today I stopped in again and they remembered me and welcomed me back.Thank you for making me feel like this has been my local joint for years. It means a lot.I'll be a regular and if anyone in the area hasn't been to this Jersey Mikes location before - give them a try!p.s. Go Blue! Go Lions! :)

From NJ and have been eating Jersey Mike's before the franchise when it was Mike's Subs going back to the 70s when my grandfather would drive over to Point and get from the original store. Since franchise it is usually hit or miss with stores but I have to say this location is where I will be getting my subs from from now on. Pete Cancro would be proud. I went in at 5pm. Bread was super fresh, proper amount of cold cuts, crisp lettuce tomato and staff was great. Thank you. We will be back!
