Turkey sub was pretty good, vanilla soda was awesome. Ngl I'm a subway fanboy, but this hit the spot after a few hours in the sun.

This place is horrible. They have 8 people on the food line and only two of them actually work. I get to the end and have to pretty much beg someone to pay so I can leave.That's a pic of my Philly cheese steak. No melted cheese and meat is barely warm.

Outstanding service and sandwiches!! Don't go here... It's busy enough! Kidding... Treat yourself to a wonderful sandwich!! Great, friendly personnel, who genuinely seem to care about their product. Makes a difference.

This continues to be my favorite location! On this visit I was helped by Antonio and his very cohesive team members Aye Lee and Amalia. Super-friendly, personable and efficient and it is always a pleasure to come in and be treated so well!Subs are well-prepared and delicious every time. Love the military discounts, the ease of using the app in ordering for pick-up and the many special discounts!

Tough few months this place has been having. For starters, we are pretty frequent customers and today was just uncomfortable with the employees bickering amongst each other. We waited 45 minutes for our pickup order. They handed out coupons for people that only waited 10 minutes, meanwhile gave us nothing as well as completely messed up 2 of the 3 sandwiches. I would have gone back to complain but didn't realize it was wrong until I got home. Honestly just a very weird experience and more so sad to see this place go downhill. Hopefully, things get better but your best bet is going to and eyeing the sandwich you are having made to make sure it's not wrong. Once those are fixed it'll be back to smooth sailing been coming here for years. Good luck!Update: they did reach out and say they will work on the branch. I get a half an hour for lunch and came to order a sandwich and the server measured my regular sub after cutting the bread then gave me the shorter half. Then after receiving my sub and finding a seat in the lobby I watched this same server come from behind the line and put on thrasher music very loud ruining my 30 mins of peace. This was horrible service find another jersey mikes to eat at.

Employees are a bunch of kids acting like kids. Throwing food at each other, cursing in front of customers, playing inappropriate music, loudly. Food is good but the staff needs to to especially when there's never a manager on duty.

The dude with the lip piercings might be one of the slowest people I have ever seen both mentally and physically. Like I have never seen a group this caliber of stupid. Middle of making my sandwich, which btw was already taking over 20 minutes (there were 2 people in front with non complicated orders), he stops and starts talking with the long haired bozo at the register. I had to be like dude can you finish my sandwich and then talk? Like Christ alive man I missed my lunch break for this prick. The straw that broke the back was I asked for extra mayo and homie probably gave me less than the normal amount. Like fuck me man they're literally so useless they can't even put mayo on a sandwich

The Philly cheesesteak sandwich had NO flavor, like eating cardboard. Threw half of it away.The server was as cold as a dead fish, did not give me a chance to put any condiments on.

Every time we come in here the "manager's office" is disgustingly unmanaged. This is literally what anyone would picture to be in the back room but not in the dining area of customers. It's always there. Every time we come here. It's reflective of the overall maturity of employees that work here. What management team would ever think this is okay?
