We were so excited to get a jersey mikes up north as we love their sandwiches yet we've been to this location over 20 times and there is an issue with our order almost every time.Nothing huge but it just adds up and I'm leaving a review because hopefully this location can figure it out.Maybe a road trip to the Broadway location to learn how to make a consistently good sandwich with friendly service.

I am so happy this place opened down the street from me. We have a few chains out here, but I hardly ever go to them and they aren't good either. This place is fantastic! Every time I have been in everyone is super friendly and caring. (Eric and Jr. are gems) I always get the same thing (Club Sub - only lettuce, extra pickle). It's always consistent and fast. I keep coming in the morning and trying to get a sub I specifically want rosemary bread they never have it. I go to other locations in the morning and they have it so I guess try to figure something else out because if other locations can provide that bread in the morning so should this location I shouldn't have to drive 10 miles away for the bread.

So happy to have Jersey Mikes in this area. Jimmy Johns slacks on so many levels, especially their service and making a real sandwich (specifically the one across the street on 104th and chambers). But Jersey Mike's has great service and loaded sandwiches. This new location has exceeded my expectations so far and I'm looking forward to coming back.

drastically under paying their employees because they're very young and naïve along with the employees that have been there for a very long time love to take advantage of the new ones.. someone needs to put this location out of business. I'm in the process of taking them to court right now for my time of employment and lack of pay.

I hardly ever leave reviews for restaurants. Usually I'm not dissatisfied, but because it is usually just okay food, okay service. I was pleasantly surprised at Jimmys. The place was clean, the service was excellent, the food was fresh and delicious. I was especially impressed with the care they take in preparing and wrapping the food. You'd be surprised at the hot mess some sandwich places serve you! Thank you Jimmy Johns staff for your excellent service. A+

Apparently they don't know what " sanitary" is. They use the same gloves handle money and finish your sandwich at the same time! Can you imagine what else they use the same gloves with? I confronted the kid and he looked at me like he didn't know that your not supposed to do that or what being sanitary was ( he asked me do you want me to go change my gloves???) umm duhh! do they not train them about cross contamination ,especially right now with COVID.
