Food is good and spotlessly clean but the service at the Jersey Mike's up by Southlands is better in my opinion. Last time we were there the manager was very friendly to the "regular customers" behind us in line but didn't give us the same service.

One time I had to ask the guy to remake my sub because he decided to ring up a cash pickup order right before wrapping my sub, no glove change, then went back to stick his fingers in my sub as he wrapped it. Last time I asked for lettuce, mayo and pickles on my big kahuna, the guy repeated it back to me, and he still forgot. I called when I got home and realized - they told me they'd have a manager give me my points back which, no surprise, never happened.

The food was good, they got my online order correct and on time. It was probably ready sooner than promised. I think they get a bad rap because they are higher priced and at times their customer service is lacking, but for the most part, I'm rarely disappointed with their food product.

Hi, stopped by to pick up a sandwich and the neon sign that said open was lit, the doors both were unlocked so I was like OK well they must be ready to serve, and when I walked in the person walked out of the back room and they were smoking, their vape pen and started messing around with the bacon and I stood there for a good minute minute and a half they didn't say a word to me so I said good morning and they said we don't open till 10 o'clock and I stated well it's 958 and the door was open And then I proceeded to go somewhere else. Ordered online, when I arrived to pick up my order I was told it was going to be an additional 20 to 30 minutes. Went to target across the street shopped for 30 mins. Came back and my food still wasn't ready. I proceeded to wait another 35 minutes in their store. It took this location an hour and 35 minutes from the time I placed my order online. To make a sandwich! I still can't believe it. I could have bought the stuff from target and made the sandwich at home quicker. I pay a premium for convenience, wast of time and money. Do yourself a favor and find a different location. L Jersey Mike's.

This place never fails to amaze me. I have Celiac and haven't once gotten sick and they are always thorough to make sure I'm taken care. The staff is kind and welcoming. I can't recommend this location enough!

I happen to eat here a lot, it's close to work and when my boss buys lunch, it's one of his favorites. I appreciate that they take time to clean the counter and their machine when I ask for a gluten free sandwich. The gluten free bread is the usual dry, falls apart easily kind of bread, but that's what is expected being gluten free. They make your sandwich pretty quick though. The tables are usually clean, there aren't however a ton of them. It's not a huge deal since we've never not had a place to sit. Overall, it's a decent place. I'm not the biggest fan of sandwiches, but I have yet to have a bad one.

This is by far the best Jersey Mike's around! It's super clean and the employees are friendly and seem like the genuinely like working there! The sandwiches are always awesome. I live near Southlands but drive the extra 15 minutes to this location because it is SO MUCH better!
