I think Jersey Mike's is quite a bit better than Subway and it's worth the extra money.My experience with this particular location was OK but it wasn't as good as other Jersey Mike's locations I've patronized. I did an online mobile order. It was easy enough. I never received a confirmation that my order was ready. I did get a message to pull into one of the mobile order spots and they'd bring my order to me. Well, when I got there, there were no mobile spots. They seemingly don't exist. After driving all-around all I could find was the very long drive through line which would defeat the purpose of placing a mobile order. I decided to go inside. I said I placed a mobile order. They asked what I ordered. I told them and they said to look where they place the Grub Hub orders. There it was, ready to go. Not a great system but at least it was there and it was ready. I had the Italian sandwich which is my favorite. It wasn't nearly as good as others I've had at other locations. It was soggy and lacked flavor. I'll definitely give Jersey Mike's my future business, but probably not at this location.

After not being able to eat deli meat for 9 months while I was pregnant, Jersey mikes was the only thing I wanted once I had my baby. I've had probably 15 or so #7 sandwiches since I gave birth and every single time they do not disappoint. Glad this is my neighborhood JM!

1st Time to this sub spot On Havana Street. It was fairly busy at lunch with regular and study traffic of people coming in to grab and go or quietly sit by themselves to eat. My boss and I stopped in after meeting with clients OnHavanaStreet. I enjoyed the Italian regular size, which was fairly large. The bread is amazing and fresh. I really do enjoy the fresh cut deli meats. I will be back. What a great addition to OnHavanaStreet. GreatSpot for a grab and go lunch/dinner.

The employees told us they had to deal with a huge online order and told us to wait 30 minutes to order or to come back later. Why is the open sign even on. Saw 10 more people walk in and walk right out before even leaving the parking lot.UPDATE: 9/29/24It has been weeks since I emailed the account that I was prompted to by the reply on this comment. No response. I should mention I used to be a Jersey Mike's employee at a different location, went through changes between ownership and management, yet still maintained excellent customer service throughout. This is disappointing.

Service today was horrible. Ordered online and showed up at the time expected and still no sandwiches made. Instead the team behind the counter was flirting with the new girl and never acknowledged me or the other people walking in. Then watched 10 minutes later my sandwiches being made which were made not specific to the order and had to be remade. Apparently they do not see online order specifics. Felt bad for the other people waiting in line as the two guys including the manager were laughing and flirting with the girl while one guy was busting his butt cooking the hot sandwiches. Ridiculous.
