From the ease of online ordering, to my order ready when I walked in the door, to the careful packaging and flavorful sandwiches provided by this Jersey Mike's Subs Franchise, I was thoroughly impressed. This facility was super clean and it was easy to find my order on the organized pick-up shelves by the registers. I was greeted immediately by the friendly employees and my order was packed with care.I had placed a dinner order for four. Each of us had varied dietary needs so it was great that Jersey Mike's has plenty of options and the ability to customize your sub. I learned from a previous franchise owner and an employee the training that goes into the knowledge and preparation of the many different subs. It is evident in the quality of their products. Each of our sandwiches were double wrapped to ensure the wet subs (known as Jersey style) did not leak through the initial layer of paper and remained warm or protected in the outer brown paper bag wrapping.I decided to order the #13 mini - The Original Italian (provolone, ham, proscuittinni, cappacuolo, salami, and pepperoni). I customized mine to have no lettuce but added their hot spicy mustard and their flavorful hot chopped pepper relish. I was surprised at the size of this sandwich. This mini was no mini. It was the size of a regular sub at competing sandwich shops and was very filling. All of us ordered different sandwiches and were all very satisfied with our meal. We will definitely be placing more orders with this Jersey Mike's in the future.

Every time I walk in I m greeted with a cheerful not forced hello. As soon as it's my turn they ask what I'd like and they are on it. They know what each number is because as soon as I say the number they start slicing the meat, cutting the bread, ready to put the ingredients in etc.... I also like their loyalty plan as well.

"Free smells" is one of the best advertising techniques I have ever fallen victim to. Once I get a whiff it is like cocaine to my sandwich loving taste buds and then I have to buy a sub (or 3). So amazingly delicious and yummy. Dave is an amazing chef

I forget this locations sucked. I must be a masochist. Damn you jersey mike for having terrific recipes and being the best sandwich chain but not checking up on individual locations! Curse me for proximity and drinking and forgetting all of the other experiences I've had at your tower location. I don't know who is to blame.

FOOD VIOLATIONS!! I really love the customer service one of the employees provides at this location... however... I've had to walk out 3 times. They make your sandwich, then type on the register.... Then go back to wrapping/making sandwiches.... No glove change!!! I am a germ-ma-phobe, so seeing this freaked me out... another time...they put the meat and bread on the bare counter and not the cutting area.... I will not be going to this location again!

Customer service at this location is lacking. This is the second time I have had to walk out of this store because no one would acknowledge me or take my order. I stood there for a good five minutes while two employees were talking sport. if this is how you grwet your customers who pay your salary you should be fired.. If anyone else is encountering these problems, just drive to Southland, they know how to treat their customer.

Love the food, but hate the way the cashier disregards sanitary protocols by touching money, receipts, the register, service repair man's iPad and her phone while touching food and wrapping peoples orders without changing gloves. The Line cooks and food prep was amazing, they were cranking orders out like it was nothing.
