I went to this place yesterday for lunch. They were not to busy, though they did have a disruptive customer come in and they handled the situation really well. It was around 11:50am or so and they all deserve a raise! The place was pretty clean, well staffed and I felt like the wait wasn't that long. My lunch was tasty! I got the Turkey provolone sandy... mikes way... yummy!

Let me begin with the fact that I'm a HUGE Jersey Mike's fan. This was the most ridiculous portrayal of this brands product. My "Hot sub" one of the phillys- was never "Hot" regardless of my special request of extra toasty bread please. The overall size of the regular was quite skimpy in comparison to most locations I've visited around the country. My requested cool ranch Doritos arrived flaming hot..... all of these issues would've been a bit less disappointing if I was in my home. I was not, cleary in a hotel. The delivery was prompt. The attention to detail was completely nonexistent. And just a tip for a great business- answer the phone.

After a $90 order I was expecting the same great service I've received at other Jersey Mike's restaurants. All three #8 subs were missing bacon even though it's in the description. I tried to call back several times and only got voicemail. Sadly, I won't be going back to this store and wouldn't recommend it to others.
