Jersey Mike's Subs

Decided to try the more conveniently located Arvada store after a year and was pleasantly surprised. Staff was all new and on their A game, none of the previous issues were present. Noticeably cleaner prep area and the portions were back to former amounts. Best #17 I've had at this location.

Great sandwich, but small for its price. I had asked for a full, so either my hands grew, or my grip on reality is slipping

I'm from the east coast (NJ specifically) and so I know this chain well. Not having any decent east coast sub shops is a bit tough, but I really enjoy this location.It's always clean and the people always prep the sandwiches quickly and are polite. Can't ask for more than that. I did have any order messed up once and they rectified it the next time I came in which was nice as well.Always a decent quick bite to eat , so it's worth a stop in!

Got there at 1045 on a Saturday and the place was spotlessly clean and ready to go. Kudos to the crew! They made me the best Super I've ever had at Mikes.

The service was great until after my order is made, 3 ladies working all making sandwiches and all cashing out. I saw no changing of gloves handling money than handling food, one touched her hair and continued to prepare food. I've worked in fast food before know when it's busy it's difficult to change your gloves wash hands and put new ones one! But that doesn't matter you do it anyways also the manager was doing a interview and the whole time I was in there she was not wearing a mask. As soon as I said something she grabbed her mask and stood up. Unfortunately I had to just leave cuz I had to be at work. I will never return to a Jersey mikes again, plus there sandwiches are way overpriced and the amount of lettuce they put is ridiculous. A waste of money I can't even taste the meat the oil and vinegar is also way too much my outside bag should not be oily.

While the service is pleasant and the sandwich is OK, this is the issue at this moment with this location. 2:40 pm 10-20-22. The smell of sewer is disgusting. I am not sure if the two employees here even notice. I've been in here for 30min and it has not subsided.

The manager Jayden is the most rude, power hungry, immature bully of a human being I've ever met in my life. How this company allows him to manage other people is shocking and downright disgusting. He made the sandwich of the customer in front of and behind me all because of a personal problem with me as an ex employee. I've never felt so disrespected in my life and today when I mistakenly went in for a sandwich because I've missed jersey mikes he washed his hands twice and walked back and forth to avoid putting veggies on my sandwich and letting me get out like a NORMAL customer which I now am since I don't work there anymore. The people behind me noticed he was refusing to take care of my order and that they were about to pay for their food before mine had even been made. I left feeling the hateful feeling I used to when I'd get off from my shift. Shaking and ready to cry out of anger. Word to the wise never work at your favorite food place because you may never get to go again without your appetite being ruined by the time you leave. Shop is owned by a wonderful man but managed by a garbage pile of a boy. Period! Ambiance was horrible because he is still providing a rain cloud of an atmosphere for the people coming in to simply get food.

If I could give no stars I would. I came in and seen what I assumed was management yelling at another employee. For one I think that is so unprofessional. For two I think it's so disrespectful to the employee and the customers to make me and most likely other people uncomfortable. Everything about my visit was unprofessional I was surprised they were nice to me at the register. I will never come back to this Jersey Mike's ever again. That manager just showed how fake you guys are to customers and how you really are. I would rather drive all the way to Kipling. So disappointed cause you guys just opened.

I came in one time and an employee was making light of the shooting at the grocery store in Boulder. Then another time I was told to deal with it when my sandwich was messed up. There is no way I am ever eating at this store again.
