Nasty chicken they served me. It was hard as a rock and discolored. I'd avoid this jack in the box.

Didn't even get food the guy there was so rude rushing me, I order a side salad and immediately says what, in a horrible voice, I left and went across the street and greeted with a very friendly voice, I felt scared driving out of the parking lot, he was in the windows looking very scary, please hire decent people, I spent 30 plus dollars across the street this was at 2020 South Federal

I'm a pretty big Jack in the box fan, but my husband Loves it. He grew up with them all over in California, so living in Utah we don't have one nearby (yet). So when we travel we will try to go at least once. We went through the drive thru for breakfast. I love that the menu is so consistent among franchises. I mean sometimes they do little special items for a limited time, but aside from that, each one offers the same menu. It feels like a higher quality food than another cheap fast food place like McDonald's. Ordering was smooth, and the wait time wasn't bad. I assume the employees have changed since the other reviews were written. I had the jumbo breakfast platter with bacon. It was good. Maybe I could've used some salt for the eggs, but other than that it filled me up! I think the highlight this time was the hash-brown, it was perfectly cooked and very yummy. But the pancakes shine on their own too. There was one single pancake that had a strange mark on it, perhaps from a machine that warmed it or cooked it. Not a big deal. Anyway, if you're in the area and need a quick cheap bite then Jack in the box is the place to go!

I waited 40 minutes in a drive through. I should've listened to my wife when she said to just go inside. But i was being lazy lol. Anyways after that long long wait the food was HORRIBLE things were burnt. no seasoning. Things were soggy. Thats the last time i have a jack in the box craving.

5/24/2020 - 12:20 AM : I'm not upset about the long wait or the fact that the food was severely soggy. I'm more concerned about the lack of safe practices at this location, during this pandemic. We watched the employee at the drive through window take our credit card with gloves. Then, wearing the same gloves she scooped up ice and dumped it into my soft drink cup and proceeded to hand me back my credit card. Now I know serve safe practices because I've worked in the food industry and the number one thing you do not do is cross contaminate wearing the same gloves.. We did not feel safe drinking our sodas because we can't trust how many forms of payment she touched with the same gloves . ( the ones that dug into the ice machine to scoop for soft drinks ) Amid this pandemic, this is something that needs to be severely cautioned. I will never be returning to this food chain. And if we do get sick we will be issuing a lawsuit. I hope no one gets sick after eating from this fast food chain. Please beware and keep yourselves safe.

Andreas is the worst manager ever! Ok I order the wrong thing my fry's were cold he put them back in the fryer. Rude than Daniel didn't understand me and was rude as Well. Make your customers happy our money pays your pay check. Andreas called me a bitch and then denied it really rude. I will never come back to Jack-in-the-Box. Rude service cold food.

Food is cold and not made right at all ever at least at this location is a thumbs down! Service is rude and they act like you the customer are bothering them the workers. I would not recommend this location at all unless you want to be treated poorly. This place deserves zero stars. Good customer service is highly needed here.
