This is one of those places I have heard about my entire life, but I never had a chance to go to, since they were nowhere where I lived. Then I moved to Colorado.My boss asked me one night if I was hungry (of course I was!), so we told me he was going to get some tacos (mind you, this was at 3AM). Few moments later, he came back with a bag full of tacos. When I opened them up, they honestly looked awful. But when I took a bite, I fell in love. When I found out they were 2 for 99 cents, I had a rager. Then he told me it was 24 hours and right up the street from work. You can't make this shit up.You better believe when I am in need of food in the middle of the night, I come here. The burgers are ok, and the fries are decent- and thankfully they sell Coke. But I am here for the dirt cheap tacos.When they see my car drive up, they definitely get the fryers ready...

Omg it took like 10 minutes to order 2 double jack combos. The guy taking the order had no idea what was going on. In the end, we didn't even get the full right order.It was a painful experience. Food is just meh as expected.

I submitted my information onto the Jack in The Box website and I still have not heard anything. For us to go out to eat is a luxury and it's a sad thing when a corporation thinks they can just ignore you and steal your 30 bucks. I got a "munchies box" for lunch and took it back to work. The spicey chicken was so old it was like jerky, the curly fries were hard as a rock and the tacos had old brown and dried out lettuce. I wish I could give 0 stars since I just lost $10 because it was too disgusting to even eat

I want to start off with the fact that I've worked in the fast food industry for 6 years and this is by far the worst experience i've ever had at a fast food restaurant, given the fact that I'm very understanding of the industry. We were in the drive thru for a half hour with only three cars in front of us. The kid at the window didn't greet us or apologize for the wait. We waited for another 10 minutes for our food. During that time I was pointing at the picture of the classic sauce and telling the passenger in my car that it looked good and the kid at the window opened it and said "yeah? yeah?" which I assume was his way of communicating that he thought I was talking to him so i just said "oh nothing." I thought that was rude. After the 10 minute wait he handed me my food and just said "here ya go" and closed the window. I glanced in the bag and saw that I got regular fries instead of curly fries but I thought I had both of my sourdough jacks so I just compromised and started driving off because I was on my lunch at work and already wasted half of it waiting in line. The passenger in my car looked in the bag and said there was only one sandwhich so I pulled into a parking spot. I checked and the sandwich wasn't even right so we got a completely wrong order. I went to the door of the restaurant and it was locked so I had to call and explain that I was outside with the wrong order. An old man came out who I assume was the shift manager and asked to see my receipt so I had to send the passenger of my car to go look for it and eventually found it and I gave it to him. He took it inside and came back out with our order. We raced back to work to eat for the last 20 minutes that we had left on our lunch break only to realize one of the sandwiches was still wrong. The passenger of my car ordered a sourdough jack with just bacon and cheese and they made it how it originally comes so he couldn't eat it. Terrible, terrible experience. As much as I loved Jack in the Box I have no interest eating here again. I also already left a complaint on the website but just thought I would warn anyone who reads reviews.

DONT COME HERE AFTER 8:00 PM !!!!! Worst service ever, the children that work here at night time clearly are here for the paycheck but could give a shit about doing their jobs correctly, why even bother absolutely no respect doing or servings customers. I've been here before but I'd give the benefit of a doubt and yet I'm still the unsatisfied customer once again. The manager is clearly not doing their job as the crew leader of the night shift. Plus this isn't the first time. Children, am I right. If you don't want to take the career path you chose in life professionally be and serving fast food , then just go home and learn how to dig holes.

Every time I come to this location the food is terrible. The customer service is terrible. Last time I went there I was waiting at the drive through intercom for about 5 minutes. I said "Hello" and the lady working on the microphone said "I'll be with you when I feel like it" so I drove away and will never return. If 0 stars were possible I'd definitely select that.

The food here is good but they always take for ever to have the food ready usually take like 20 minutes or more they just send you to the parking spaces and they'll take you the food to you they might need to get nee employees

Arrived at drive thru at 5:25 pm. Person comes on intercom and says order when you ready. When I began to order he yells " you gone have to wait " I said ok. Five minutes later I softly say "hello" thinking maybe he forgot about me because it happens. It was 3 cars in line at this time. Server yells back angrily " you gone have to wait I'm just one person ain't nobody else here helping me". Myself and my passengers decide to leave but before I do I tell him " maybe your attitude is why you're by yourself " His response " whatever get out of my line". It all began with the lack of good customer service and respectful communication. He was and is a representative of Jack In The Box standards and values. Sad to say this particular store/franchise bleeds a bad smudge on the whole corporation. Who you hire matters !

11 pm and i was at the drive through menu for almost 10 minutes after being told they would get to me when they could...strike one...then the guy comes back on and tells me theyre out of drinks and the only ones they have are "like diet coke, orange juice and apple juice"...i ask him how they can be out of drinks at 11pm on a Saturday night...he tells me theyre the only place open all night in commerce city...ITS 11pm and the only reason im here is because carls jr across the street just closed and i didnt feel like eating taco bell or mcdonalds which are both still open...I figured what the hell and order a jumbo jack with cheese and a loaded tiny tacos...i come around to the window thinking they probably got everyone in the line taken care of before taking any more orders...NOPE...there are still 2 cars in line...so now i have to wait even more...strike 2Finally after 20 minutes in a "FAST FOOD DRIVE THROUGH" i get to the window give him the money get my food and go...i park and check the order...open the first box and it the tacos...not loaded...just regular...i open the other box...the burger looks like it had been thrown in there from 5ft away...so after waiting as long as i wouldve at a sit in restaurant for food...the order was wrong and and the food was cold!!!
