Hours are different than posted. Yes the inside closes at 10:00 Pm, but drive through is open till midnight. :)

This is a cool idea. You can order your meal in a kiosk to save time. Although it seems to fluster the staff a bit.

Visiting here from Illinois, where we do not have JIB anymore I was thrilled to see that you could get 2 tacos for $.99 !! WOW, I went a bit mad and ordered 50 tacos for delivery with taco sauce. Oh boy, delivery was great, but when I opened the bags I found NO sauce and the saddest, emptiest, dryest gross looking tacos. No sauce, barely lettuce.Needless to say, I ate a couple and then just pitched the rest. I realize it wasn't a big $$ amount, but if you're gonna have a taco special you'd think you'd make the taco decent!

Closed early to train a new employee. Nice way to indoctrinate a new teammate, by showing them it is Okay to turn paying customers away as long as the crew leaves on time. George Gonzalez acting shift manager was all to happy to let me know "they're leaving on time and Im not able to order"

I had a mobile order as one does but I get to the drive thru and in the most rude way the manger goes mobile orders are only through the counter so you must come in side. So I wait in line so I can go inside about 15 mins for two cars in front of me, so soon enough I get inside and she asked me are you the mobile order I say yes and I got a nice worker who asked about my drinks and I say yes two larges and the manger goes it wasn't on the screen so no you don't. I show her my receipt and she just throws it off like nothing and she goes it wasn't on the screen with the most attitude she can give me. So I left and will never show my face inside another JOKE IN THE BOX again

The parking lot and drive-thru are empty and I pull up to the speaker and am told to wait a moment. no big deal and I sit and wait....wait wait. So I decided "hey ill just go in and see what's up".I walk into the empty store lobby and see one employee quietly having lunch and 4 other employees standing in a group together and barely notice that I even walked in. The manager or store lead whose name is Vanessa from what my receipt read and one of the other people called her Vanessa.so I start recording with my cell phone and I immediately start getting attitude (you know some people who dont like being caught act) one of the girls even says that I can tell the owner because he doesn't care anyway. a couple of the girls start recording me and I am definitely okay with as I knew I was in the right. I watched Vanessa make my food as I did not feel comfortable walking away.if your drive-thru wait is long walk into the store and watch work as that may be the only way you will get your food in a timely fashion even when no one is there. ( I forgot to mention the 4 girls did not appolgise once and Vanessa did not seem the slightest bit concerned about her and the other 3 employees being caught standing around or their disgusting attitudes toward me the whole time I was in the store.STORE NUMBER # 8162 ORDER#476apologise

The lady that manages this restaurant is one of the most rude and unprofessional people I've ever seen in my life. She's incompetent. She never has anything in stock she complains, she yells and berates customers. I would never go to this place no telling what they do back there while they're cooking.

The late night service here now is a total joke. I just got food through Doordash(yeah there is a review there too) and the fries were old and cold and stale! The burger was barely room temp! Two weeks ago I ordered and the Dasher had to cancel my order because no one would come to the drive thru window so they could pick up my order!! So I drove over there and the place was lit up and every light and sign on the place on and they were still open but with employee cars in the parking lot. I sat at the drive thru and no one came to help. They slackers were hiding in the back so they didn't have to do anything. Managers if you are reading this you late night crew is taking advantage of you and not doing anything!!! At night. Might want to reevaluate those people.
