This place has only been here for four months, but I'm predicting they'll be around for a while. The restaurant is pristine and inviting, and the staff are great. The owner, William, is incredibly accommodating. He made hard shells for my son--who ordered the steak tacos and was so pleased that he asked me to do this review. He's a super picky eater. I had the torta. It was absolutely massive and delicious. I ate the whole thing, even though it could've been two meals. Every bite was flavorful. The hot sauces are great and they make them in-house. The bread pudding was good but I'm interested in trying the other desserts. Wonderful food in an unsuspecting place (inside a mall). Definitely skip the food court and head here instead.

Such a wonderful staff and friendly owners! Their food is NOT your average mall food! This stuff is elevated and beautiful! Definitely pay them a a visit and they're restaurant is right inside the doors of the entrance between Field House and Macy's.

8/22/24-A little pricier then other similar places, but a nice change for your standard mall food. This place is on the first floor on the far end from the food court. I would recommend venturing out from the food court and trying this little place. The people that work there were super nice. They also have boba drinks.

The zucchini & cheese pupusa was my favorite. And William came by a couple of times to make sure I had everything I needed.Its mall entrance is located on the north side of the mall. It's across from in and out burger, to the left of Macys.

I had some Excellent Carnitas tacos. Fresh and delicious. Some of the best I've ever had. I'm not from CO, and it's better than the taquerias I've been to back home. I'd love to try some of their other dishes.

The food was delicious and the service was outstanding! Authentic food at a good price. It is a hidden gem. Well worth the visit.
