Had such a nice time cowering here and the tea selection is so vast! As soon as you walk in and relieve yourself from the cold, there's a warm feeling inviting you in, with cubbies full of tea jars all the way to the ceiling behind the counter and a ladder on wheels to help the staff reach tea that's 12ft in the air. The tea is divided by type - green, black, etc. and the options are endless. Heidi helped us out and she was amazing, making recommendations and bringing down jars for us to smell before we order. I opted to start with the coconut vanilla and Heidi recommended i add in some condensed milk and I'm so glad i did. It was smooth and delicious, served with a cute kettle for a few refills. They have a good amount of seating in the main room with a second, quieter room in the back with larger tables and some comfy armchairs. We stayed for a few hours and ended up trying other teas as well, i had a boba with a rooibos and it was so yummy also. Love the area, took a little break and walked to a spice shop nearby, there's lots of businesses on this strip to meander through if you're in the area already. Thanks! Will definitely be back!

in-TEA in Littleton was such a wonderful experience! The staff was incredible, taking the time to really get to know our preferences and explaining all the different flavors. They gave us great recommendations on what to order and why, which made the experience even more enjoyable! The drinks were absolutely delicious, and the cozy, cute spot made for a perfect place to hang out. Afterward, we loved exploring downtown Littleton--it made for a perfect day! Highly recommend in-TEA if you're in the area, I'll definitely be back!

They are super helpful in finding what tea you might enjoy. They also do the steeping for you, so no over extraction.

This cozy tea shop in Littleton is a new -to-me favorite spot for meeting with friends. The staff is super knowledgeable and helpful and the environment is fun but relaxed. My son is thrilled that they have an "Avatar" selection of drinks, plus boba. I like the little teapots and cups with which the tea is served, the huge selection, and the laid back atmosphere. The chai was a hit with friends. Pastries are available but we will have to try those another time!

If you are a tea aficionado, you are in the right place! It's hard not to love this place! They have a really knowledgeable staff, a variety of fun baked goods, and all the tea you could possibly ever drink or want! I love that they can help with recommendations, can make your tea hot or cold, and that they have a really peaceful, cozy place in which to drink your tea!

I have been a regular customer at In Tea and have always enjoyed the experience--until now. During my recent visit, I purchased $50 worth of tea and had a free tea on my punch card. Shannon, a newer employee, informed me that I had to pay $0.27 for syrup but couldn't charge my card because it was under the minimum charge. When my tea was made, no syrup was added, leaving it plain and disappointing.I called the store and spoke with Gretchen about the issue, but she was rude, so I asked to speak with a manager. She was initially reluctant to provide a time when the manager would be available but eventually did. When I later spoke with Carol, the manager, she continuously interrupted me as I tried to explain the situation. When I asked her to let me finish speaking, she became defensive and tried to blame me instead.Rather than handling the situation professionally, Carol escalated it. She stated she would not fire her employee (which I never even suggested) and accused me of contacting multiple people unnecessarily when I had simply called once to speak with a manager. Her behavior only worsened--she refused to listen, interrupted me repeatedly, and then shockingly told me I was "fired" from the store, saying I was no longer welcome. This level of unprofessionalism, especially from a manager, is unacceptable. I have always enjoyed the staff at In Tea, but this experience was beyond disappointing. No customer deserves to be treated this way. After this encounter, I can no longer support this business and will not be returning.

I tried the Pistashio tea, tasted yummy Not happy that when contacting them, they had no idea how much caffeine was in their teas! FDA requires this info!

Ummmmm.... The cutest, quaintest, quietest and yummiest tea and pastry shop. Lots of teas you've never dreamed of, beautiful esthetic with exposed brick and right of Main Street in Old Littleton. Met a colleague on a Wednesday morning for a quick biz meeting and it was the perfect spot!
