We all loved our sandwiches. The bread is soft but a little crunch on top. The Madison B was sweeter than I expected though. So many vegetarian options which was nice to see. My son got the vegan meatballs, they were very flavorful. Not much seating inside but we got a table, they have fountain drinks, Pepsi, and a cooler with other drinks. The gal running the register was so nice and friendly, she even brought over our sandwiches to us. Now we want to try all the other sandwiches!

We absolutely love Ike's Sandwiches! We started eating at Ike's when visiting California, and always made it a point to go there whenever we could. We were SO excited when this one opened in Highlands Ranch! My go to sandwich there is the Terrell Davis...a delicious combo of turkey, guacamole, swiss, and bacon, all on the Dutch Crunch bread, which is amazing. I also love the banana peppers they put on the sandwich. Ike's is also where I discovered Voodoo chips, which are a special treat for the side, and it's always fun to top off a meal from there with the caramel/green apple sucker.

On a recent trip to Denver, I discovered there was an Ike's not too far from my hotel. If you don't know about Ike's, they are known for a special kind of bread called "Dutch crunch". Ike's also has a unique sauce they add to their sandwiches called "dirty sauce". It is my favorite sandwich shop by far.Beyond that, the sandwich combinations are almost endless, and they are known for all kinds of crazy sandwiches. The ingredients are always high quality, and it is a place I seek out whenever I'm near one.My usual go to order is the Madison Baumgartner with extra dirty sauce. It is a steak sandwich with yellow BBQ sauce, habanero, and a couple of cheeses. On the day I went to this restaurant, they were super busy and there isn't a lot of room to dine in during a lunch rush. I managed to snag an open table. The service was fast and friendly, and I will be back next time I'm in the area.

Meh. Clean shop, extensive menu of sandwich choices, loud country music. Appears that all sandwiches are toasted, which brings out flavours. Lots of fried chicken sandwiches, though I didn't see a fryer. Same with their version of Philly sandwich; disappointing as I realizing these were just warmed up fillings. My sandwich really didn't have much of any flavour. Bread was very good, and lots of lettuce. Oh well...

I first had Ike's Place when it was at the first location on 16th in the Castro in San Francisco (before it moved to a bigger location on 16th). Oh gosh, this must have been in 2009 or 2010. There was always a HUGE line back then! I actually first heard about it on the show "Man vs Food" and had to try it!It was definitely a go-to sandwich for my husband and I. It's still my favorite to this day. We were broke college students back then, and we still paid for the $10 sandwiches ($20 for superman). I've been to the first location, the new location in the Castro, the location at the SFSU student center, the one in Davis, CA., and SLO, CA. I'm so glad that every time I moved, there was a location nearby. I recently moved, AGAIN, and luckily there are three locations in the Denver area! I recently went to the location in Highlands Ranch, and the ménage a trois was as awesome as I remembered! Surprisingly, the wait wasn't that long! 95% of the time I get the ménage a trios on Dutch crunch with veggies. Halal chicken with honey and bbq sauce--genius! Sometimes I'll add some mozzarella sticks on there, and don't forget that dirty sauce! When we were in college, my husband used to get the Superman. It's basically a HUGE meat sandwich. It's not on the menu anymore, but when we were in SLO, they were able to make the sandwich. I guess they didn't know how to make it at this location so my husband was sad he couldn't get it. Ike, can you open a restaurant in Colorado Springs, please?!

I've been in this area a lot lately and haven't noticed this place. Apparently it has been here for 8 months and new to Colorado. Their menu is EXTENSIVE, almost to the point of overwhelming. I was a little taken aback when we walked in to the crammed entryway and saw the giant board of options. They have options for meat lovers, vegetarian, vegan, halal, and even gluten-free. With a line behind me and a crowded seating area, I felt really rushed to read through the options and pick something, so I just quickly chose the Kevin Bacon (BLT) in haste. I was looking for an Italian but couldn't find one fast enough. I would highly recommend they have a small printed versions for people to take in the entry. I will say that our sandwiches were really good. I had the Kevin Bacon and my son ordered the Hollywood. The Kevin Bacon was delicious but a little flat and bready in comparison to the Hollywood. Could definitely have used more filing. I also found that they are available via Grubhub so I'll definitely be trying them again soon!

Sandwich was tasty and filled with filling and meat. I could barely hold the sandwich in my palm it was so thicccc. The bread was interesting and different, crunchy top with a semi sweet soft inside. I ordered delivery and wished I could have customized a bit. I would eat here again. Got the Terrell Davis which is a turkey bacon avocado. Few bucks cheaper than snarfs for the size sandwich too.

We love Ike's!! Nothing is better than their Dutch Crunch bread. Sometimes I order new sandwiches, sometimes I order my tried-and-true, but no matter what it is always incredible. 10/10 recommend to any sandwich lover!
