IHOP peaked for a while and his history, but has evolved into a less than average dining spot. They change their menu and many of the favorites aren't there anymore but what they do have does not seem to be as well prepared or of high-quality.

Hmmmm, I'm seeing the reviews here and they aren't good. But as I've stated in previous reviews I base my review based on my experience, not others. My buddy and I come here for breakfast once a week and early in the morning, (6:00 ish). Every time we come we are met with people who are breaking their backs to make sure we are happy, comfortable, and refreshed on our coffee. The food is breakfast food, nothing fancy or experimental like places Denver Biscuit Company (who kicked us out of their place for being there too long btw, see my other review to see that detail). The service here is almost out of place as they are executing their duties with an anticipation of customer needs that you usually see at fine dining establishments. I also come here by myself from time to time and at difference times of the day, same service, same smiles, and same backbreaking effort. I am racking my brain to figure out how to rate them at four stars as I very rarely give five stars unless there is some sort of special secret sauce that kicks them to five stars. I really can't think of any. Five stars!

Stopped going to this Ihop for over a year because they couldn't get my order right! Then the manager would blame it on the high school kids they hired. Instead of taking accountability. Today I call to give them another chance. I asked for a fajita omelette with no meat. The lady says we can't do that, but would you like a steak omelette instead? I repeat I don't want any meat on my omelette. She then try's to tell me that they can't do that even though I've had no meat before ( this shouldn't be this complicated) then she says I'm just going to transfer you to the kitchen. IHOP now takes orders from their kitchen??? Guess what??? The phone rings and rings and rings and then goes dead! I am beyond disappointed and so irritated how this location treats their costumers. I'd give negative stars if I could!

I find it interesting that IHOP does not have a breakfast burrito nor a Denver omelet on their menu. I thought these meals were pretty standard with a breakfast restaurant, total let down.

Aaron was really great, super friendly and great smile/service! It's cozier than the one north at Belmar, and as we were leaving, the hosts were helping out a family with young kids sitting in the hot sun! So nice and friendly and the food was really fresh and tasty.
