While going to an IHOP always seems to have train wreck potential, so far, we've experienced good luck when coming to this one. All bets are off when you end up at an IHOP on Christmas, but we got in without a wait and received a friendly greeting.Not long after seating, we ordered and then received our coffee and food fairly fast as well. There was one mixup on one daughter's build-your-own omelette, but that was fixed quick enough. The other got some crazy Wonka special and thought she'd go with something a little more tame next time. My spicy poblano omelette was good, and the poblano cream sauce I received on the side wasn't bad either. Pancakes could've been hotter, but they weren't bad. Service was consistent throughout and we even got a free entree through a Yelp checkin I wasn't expecting, thanks, Yelp, and thanks IHOP!

My wife and I ate at this IHOP today. The waiter managed to get both of our orders wrong. My wife had to wait an extra 10 minutes for her food after mine was delivered. We witnessed containers dropped on the floor only to be picked up by a waitress and put in a cabinet. The waiter stood in the entry way to the kitchen eating food and chatting with waitress. My salads was old and terrible. The meal was equally as bad. The demeanor and attitude in the restaurant clearly reflect lack of management being in charge. We will never eat at another IHOP.

Let's face it. Nobody says let's go to IHOP for the awesome food. It's convenience comfort food. Rarely as you order it. That being said you know you're going to settle.its a gimme. I think they shot themselves in the foot this time. Removed the geriatric menu?! Gonna kill a big part of the business! Maybe if they step up with the food they can salvage something?Good luck ihop!

Starting to be an IHop fan. Breakfast is pretty good and the GF pancakes are excellent. Nice treat for someone gluten free. If you are not saddled with the Gluten problem then you cannot appreciate how nice it is to eat something fun like a pancake and not end up sick for days. Thanks IHop

Ugh, please don't let me get sick from that food. I'm not a huge fan of chain diners but my wife has been craving pancakes and we had a few minutes to kill so we stopped in. The server apparently called my wife sir and then apologized, totally fine because she has short hair and he approached her from behind but then it got weird! He totally refused to look at her again and was super stand-off'ish! Ew, gay people....The food, exactly as you'd expect IHOP food to be, not good. So the bill came and I showed them my free entree for checking in on Yelp and they had no clue what to do with that. I cannot be the first to ever check in there?! The server took my phone and showed just about every employee there, so strange! Anyhow, we definitely won't be going back there.

If I could give negative stars I would, so a single star will have to suffice. Pre-covid, I felt in-house dining was meh at best. Now in the last few months I've ordered to-go meals and things are worse. Two orders to date have been screwed up. The first one was to have blueberry pancakes, but instead what we discovered in the bag after getting to our destination were plain ol' dry flavorless regular ones. The second, most recent order was to be a spinach mushroom omelet with hashbrowns. There was no spinach, so just a mushroom omelet and the hashbrowns were completely missing. All totaled they essentially stole $9.07 from me. The first episode I was unable to and really not wanting to deal with the hassle of calling them, but after the second one I did and was all but called a liar and was given pathetic excuses. I warn everyone to go somewhere where exceptional customer service and getting what you pay for are priorities to that business. Better yet take your business, as I will be doing going forward, to locally owned restaurants (e.g. B&B Cafe or their other place in Parker Bread and Butters).

Service was okay but hostess was rude and unhelpful. Stood in middle of the place waiting to pay for about 15 minutes. Hostess at the front refused to pay the ticket. I've been going there for over ten years and that will be the last time. Much better options
