I haven't been to an IHOP for years! I saw an ad stating their $6 breakfast combos. I thought that was a fantastic deal! I passed by this location and went inside to try it out. I ordered coffee, my eggs scrambled and a thick French toast slice. Everything was delicious, I left my plate empty! The server gave me a coffee to go. Wonderful experience, great value!

IHOP has definitely improved over the years. Our server was attentive. It was kinda chilly inside for me though. The food is really good & came out reasonably fast. I love their country fried potatoes.

This is 2 dollars and 23 cents worth of Avocado. Food was just okay, definitely better at other locations. Online ordering is fast and efficient if you want to avoid the crowds.

This IHOP is truly terrible! My employer orders breakfast from them for us during snow shifts. Our orders normally not done correctly and we receive it cold. THIS IS TERRIBLE !!

Nothing makes the end of a great Summer Concert in the Mile High than dropping into an IHOP w friends and laughing & eating breakfast/lunch/dinner late night early morning. I finally had something new this time. The Spicy Poblano Eggs Benedict was on point. I also had the Lemon Blueberry Riccota French Toast, which was soooooo good. Within minutes, we were seated and asked if we wanted coffee or water. The food came our in a responsible time. As I sat there, I said, "Wow, nothing like a good old diner to enjoy food." Yes, it's basic, but IHOP does basic great! There are not many diners around post covid-19, but luckily, IHOP made it! To be honest, there isn't anything more AMERICANA than enjoying food in a Diner. The nostalgia is present at IHOP! It reminds me of the childhood & the first one, which was like a barn on our family drives to the Carolinas! So if you are not from AMERICA and anywhere in the USA, stop into an IHOP in the middle of the night, early morning, or midday to have a cup of Joe and food while talking & laughing with friends. Then you will understand the old nostalgia & excellent of simple American culture & cuisine.

IHOP is not what it used to be. Came here with the family for breakfast. NY cheesecake was dry, they didn't have the strawberry jelly so they gave us syrup to make it up. The coffee you can see it was water down yet after talking to the server "it's what we have" she said. Never coming back here

I've never cared for IHops food, but my friend wanted to come here, so I sucked it up and came. It just confirmed my dislike for the food here. Then, to top it off I'm sitting here watching them use their dirty rags to clean the seats where people have been sitting after sitting in their cars, public transportation, ground etc. to wipe the tables, salt shakers and syrup dispensers.I won't ever go to another IHop! I know they're not the only restaurant that has this disgusting practice and like I said that's not the only thing. I don't care for the food.

Took my wife for late breakfast... What a big disappointment, we ordered the big steak omelette, tasted bad and the steak was black burned , I won't be back ever again.I have been coming to this place for so many years, whoever is managing this place deserves to be out .. And the cooks too !!!!
