HuHot Mongolian Grill

Went with the family the boys loved this place! This place was very delicious I think it's a great price and a great atmosphere our waiter was very nice and helpful since it was our first time there. The cooks over the big heat pad/surface thingy lol was amazing they weee very friendly and knew how many min to cook each item. It's buffet style. The reason for 4 star is it was a little in the messy side in the buffet area and sticky floors but I totally get it it's a busy and full place. It's was delicious and we will go there again.

The place was hoppin' made my usual and was very impressed with the seasonal honey sriracha sauce. Seemed a little short staffed but the team helped even other out servers jumped in to help out on the grill. Several families were there enjoying birthdays and graduations. The only thing that could have been better was the restroom, they ran out of toilet paper and I can't remember the last time that happened to me anywhere, I will come back and hopefully the restroom will be in better shape.

Great selection. Fresh ingredients. Quick service. The staff was very friendly. You can select any of the items that suits your needs.

I don't care how great this location is. It is way too busy. You'll have to wait in a very long lome holding your bowls. Why did you close your Sheridan location? I will not be eating there again.

I want to start on a positive note. We were seated right away, the food was fresh and tasty. We like the wide variety of proteins, vegetables and sauces available every time we visit. Sure, the sauté ingredients were a little mixed up in some spots but we don't have any allergies so it wasn't a problem. The men working at the sauté station seemed to be enjoying their job and worked efficiently together. But the rest of the staff..... not so much. At our table all the way across the dining room, we heard a loud screaming match between female employees in the kitchen. Mind you- they were behind closed doors! They were arguing over a male employee. The male employee left the kitchen shortly after with a smug, pleased look on his face. While we were eating dinner, we watched the manager send home multiple employees after the spat. She was trying to keep things together but the damage had already been done. I have been to many restaurants and I have never experienced such an unpleasant ambiance. I'm fairly certain everyone in the restaurant was aware of the childish arguments that ensued. Wildly inappropriate and unprofessional.

This is a terrific affordable Mongolian Grill! It's conveniently located in the orchard town mall so there is plenty of parking available at all times. But it does get busy so if you can I recommend coming during non-peak hours for shorter grill lines.I've been coming here for years and the staff is always fast, helpful, and there is always plenty of seating because it's a large space.This would be a great spot for celebrations with family and friends, dinner for when you don't feel like cooking, date night etc.They have a decent selection of food here - meat, seafood, veggie options. They also have a huge sauce bar. It's all you can eat so you just make your bowls and someone will grill for you. But if you're wanting other appetizers, they have things like crab wontons that are decent!

First time at this location. Enjoyed the food very much! We've been to the Fort Collins location a number of times, and never saw double-bowling; at this location, at least a third of the customers were doing it. It seems smart compared to what we did, which was going through the very-backed-up line twice.

I it's like a sad cafeteria in here. Staff looks like they hate working there and the food is mediocre at best. It used to be decent years ago but it's depressing now

Terrible experience this eveningFood was good but service was terrible Server kept disappearing and had a hard time getting refills Took 15 minutes to find our server after we finished eating and we asked for our check. 10 minutes later we still hadn't gotten our check and he was nowhere to be found so we had to ask another server to get our check so we could leave.

Friends took me here for my birthday dinner. Food was fantastic but our server kept making fun of me every time he stopped at our table. Left the restaurant in tears. Amazing food but I don't think I'll ever go back.
